The ice creams are definitely not being made fresh anymore. When you order and it comes out faster than you can walk away from the window, it’s obvious it’s been premade and sitting in some freezer. The taste reveals it too. I ordered the apple pie flavor concrete and the apple pie was not warm, there were seemingly ingredients missing (no caramel syrup), and didn’t taste as good as I remember it tasting other times when I’ve ordered. I’ve had this experience 3 times now where the order isn’t made fresh and for $10 ice cream I expect it to be fresh every single time.

I’ve been comming here with my family for the past few years. Each season Andy’s has something new to offer and I can certainly say it’s always the best custard in town. This specific location is so different and amazing. The vibe during the day and night is wonderful.10/10 I love Andy’s.

The service usually works as a drive-thru or a glass booth.

Shakes are ok. Might have been an off day or something with the machines.. Pricey for the amount.

Update on the below review, that review was over years old. I tried to publish an update saying we’ve since been back several times and have had amazing experiences! I believe my previous review may have simply been a bad night. I have re-rates to 4 stars, would be 5 but I still feel it’s a hair pricey.
So I’ve been going to Andy’s For 2 years now, was always over priced but quality and portions of custard was worth it… until now. My wife ordered her usual small cone and received a golf ball sized droplet of custard that didn’t even fill the cone! I got a Sunday and it was 2 golf balls worth of custard. I even looked at the server and asked, “what is that, there’s no custard” and all I got was a shrug! Looks like we will be going to Freddys from now on for custard and Local Scoop for over priced but heaping scoops of delicious ice cream. Done with Andy’s after this experience.
