Came here for my 21st birthday and it was so lovely! Our waitress, Tracy, was very kind and attentive. She went through the whole menu with us and helped me pick out my first cocktail! The food was delicious and very filling!

My wife and I had breakfast here during a staycation in uptown. She is allergic to gluten; the Angeline’s team was able to make the entire menu GF which was an amazing surprise. She got the French toast, I got the avocado toast (good portion for a hungry person). Each with a coffee. The food and overall experience were great. We’ll be back and would recommend.

Bar area had good seats and great bartender Brett took care of us. Amazing drinks, and good convo. Decided to eat at the bar and the food was spectacular. Meatballs, mushrooms, cacio de pepe, Ceasar salad. Everything top notch.

Love this place. We came here on a previous visit to Charlotte and liked it so much that we returned on a recent visit. Great food, good portions and a nice atmosphere. The staff is attentive and kind.

Pizza tasted metallic, but that may have been the bottom of that metal pan. My brother's steak was excellent.
Great vibe. I got the bolognese which was not good compared to other restaurants I've had this dish at in the city. However I did not complain and asked for the check without a box in which the server asked if there was anything wrong with the dish. It's not the servers or chefs fault it's simply the dish itself. I said no I just did not enjoy it. It did not taste very good and explained that it's okay it's my mistake by asking for it and again to agree to pay. The manager came over with the check and insisted he take off the dish off the bill. All this to say that it's a great restaurant with great service and great ambiance. I do recommend the restaurant just not the bolognese.

Love the that restaurant manager was very nice to us because the soup came kind of cold and he was kind enough to offer desserts for free, this is not our first time to come here and won't be the last time. It's always a pleasure.

Went back to Angeline's while traveling in Charlotte and the food and service was absolutely fantastic. Both chicken and salmon entrees were delicious and the wine selection was very nice.

I usually love Angeline's but tonight was terrible. My friend and i waited to 15 mins to be acknowledged as tables to our right and left were served. We had to ask for water, ask to be served, ask to place our orders, just awful. When we finally placed our orders, it took another 40 mins for the food to come out and everything was overcooked or burnt. This might be the last time i come here.
