Even warned up that the cheese wouldn't be melted. Then the manager came out later to remind us that the cheese would not melted. That's awesome service right there!

I’ve been coming to Angry Ales for lunch regularly, and it’s always a great experience. The food is consistently good, fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect every time. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
A special shoutout to Cara, who always goes above and beyond. She’s incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and makes every visit feel personal. Her great attitude and conversation are a big reason I keep coming back.

Went here for lunch during my work break with coworkers, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
We waited an hour before receiving our food. When we asked about the delay, the staff told us, “We like to bring all the food out at the same time.” We were a group of five, yet one person never received their meal at all. After realizing it had been forgotten, we asked for it to be canceled. The owner came over to say it was “coming off the grill right now,” but that didn’t make sense since the rest of the food had already come out five minutes earlier—despite their claim of serving everything together.
When our meals finally arrived, the food was dry and tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. One of my coworkers couldn’t even eat his because it was so bad. The beer battered fish was black.
At the end of our meal, the owner said he would take care of our bill, which we appreciated. However, he added, “If we can’t cook the food the way you like it, this isn’t a place you should come.” That comment felt unnecessary and rude. A sincere apology and a friendlier attitude would have been far more respectful and appreciated.

I like that it's a large room, people spread out, nice TVs, good food. Tuesday trivia night was fun. I visited again and sat on the large covered patio with my dog. They don't offer any half price apps any longer during happy hour but the beer special was good

second time here. food is pretty good and a fun place to watch football. service on the other hand has been a nightmare. this time, we asked for our drinks 3 times, water for our dog that was never brought, and we almost left our food on the table waiting for a takeout box. it was like pulling teeth to get anything we ordered besides our food (delivered by a food runner). as someone who has worked as a server, i have empathy for the challenges of managing many tables, but it gets ridiculous at this point.

The days of the good burger here apparently died, basically got a kids meal with more flavor for 20 bucks, which left me hungry wanting more, instead just make it $30 and offer a real burger like years ago, now I know it wasn't busy for lunch, that was the smallest bar burger I ever seen. Come on now, it used to decent.
