Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Anju. We started with the seafood pancake which was actually more of a waffle. I prefer the traditional pancake but the waffle was good too. Next we split two entrees. We went with the bulgogi of course because it’s a classic. Also tried the spicy stir fried squid off the pop up menu. Loved this surf and turf combination. The cheesecake was the perfect ending. Great service too!

I have finally found a great Korean restaurant in Charlotte! It was so good I went twice in a week. Great bulgogi, the Korean soup is delish. Everything was delish even the sangria.
I came here just to give them 5 starts. I appreciated their food selection, menu is beautifully structured and cut to the point. we all got different items and all the food was beyond delicious.
ambiance is comfortable, owner and staff are absolutely delightful. they managed to rank themselves into my top 1 best espresso martinis in town (their take goes really hard). mochi ice cream dessert won a special place in my heart.

This place is SOO good!! I highly recommend this spot if you enjoy korean food. Their service is amazing, portions are generous, and food quality is amazing. We had the anju pajeon(waffle), jjambbong-tang, spicy marinated pork, crispy soy suyuk, and the golbaengi muchim (summer special menu item. 10/10 recommend!

So happy that Charlotte finally has a proper Korean bar to go to! The servers and owner are super friendly and welcoming and everything off the menu I’ve tried here has been on point. Go to’s are the budae jjigae, crispy suyuk, dakgangjeong, mulhwae, jjambbongtang, and galbi! Also love their soju cocktails!!
