Definitely dont waist your time coming here i been here few time and every time it's been a bad experience almost they dont have order or even care about the customers how they should but this time was my last Definitely! Since they dont have organized system they will skip you a few times then when you ask how long is left wit your order after waiting a hour they will start to act like oh yeah your order is coming now then if you ignorante enough to stay there waiting like I've done few times and go ask them again like 15min later they act like they didn't have your ticket wrote up and zero cares be like I gotcha right now smh Definitely would not recommend them ever .. before used to be a environment of there workers complaining about the owners not paying them good and they not wanting to work and now it's a environment of oh I mest up wit your order but just wait there while I get everyone's order ready that we know more them the customers before them

Very poor quality in customer service, I had always recommended them but not anymore, when I go to a business I am going to buy, there is no need to beg for services. FINALLY!! The childhood memories of great, homemade food are back!! Fresh, delicious, flavorful Dominican food!! I had the Carnitas with tostones and a quipe and as much I work out and try to eat "healthy" I ate everything on the plate and will eat every dish in the menu without regrets!! You must try them and you can thank me later❤️❤️❤️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??????‍♂️!!!

I have been buying potato Yaroa here for almost 2 years! I don't know if they changed management or what but the new people who work there have ZERO in everything!!! I called to order 2 potato YAROAS as always, as soon as I finish ordering they close. He doesn't even ask for my name or the time. In the end, I had to call again to pick him up. When I get home I am surprised that it does not have potatoes and only came with meat. I call to tell them and the excuse they give me in a bad way is that I ordered Yaroa and the yaroa is banana, that if I want it as potato I have to order supreme? call them whatever you want but Yaroa for potato is Yaroa wherever it is, apart from the fact that I have been asking for them like this for quite some time!!! In the end they didn't give me a solution and when he thought the call was closed, the man was heard jokingly talking to another man behind him. The other thing is if they are going to make the portion smaller and only serve the bottom, give me a smaller plate or charge me $20 and fill it but it is not right that every time I go they put less!!!
