Ordered delivery via Slice App. Had many previous orders that were great. Today we had an estimated 30-45 min arrival time via 3rd party carrier. They made three stops in opposite directions before getting to us, over 2 hours later. We did not get the 5% discount that Slice App had stated. Food was obviously cold and did not reheat well. This was the second time in a row our order was significantly delayed. I'm sure the food was great two hours beforehand. Our previous orders from Antonio's are attached, for reference.

I'm guessing this is a Slice App issue. I just wanted Antonio's to know about it. I'll pick up from the shop next time.

My husband and I went here a week ago. I’ll start by saying as soon as I walked in the door I had this weird feeling like bad energy , I ignored it and went to look at the menu. I noticed all the workers were sitting at a table eating. Someone finally got up who looked like the owner to take our order. he asked if we were eating there or to go, The way he asked was kind of strange but I ignored that as well and went to the restroom. Then we sat down and waited for our food , the whole time I’m asking myself how is the food being cooked if the whole staff is sitting here eating. So then another guy gets up from the table licks his fingers and then looks at me in a way like he was caught, So now I’m really feeling off. After he licked his fingers , looks at me strangely and heads towards the kitchen I am now watching him to see if he washes his hands. I don’t think he knew that I could still see him throw the kitchen window. He did not wash his hands and prepared our basket of fried ravioli, took it out the deep fryer , put sauce in the sauce cup brought it to us and sat back down and continued eating. I then noticed that they all were eating with their fingers. The same guy who took our order brought us some plates and extra stuff for our pizza but he didn’t wash his hands either. I told my husband I am feeling very uncomfortable and I’m usually very patient. I then decided to look at the reviews on google , I usually look at reviews but we were rushing to grab something so I didn’t check. The first review I saw was the roach in the PIZZA🤮 I immediately wanted to leave! My husband did the curtesy to tell them that we were leaving, since we already paid he asked for a refund of the pizza since we never got it but we’ll pay for the ravioli even though we only ate one each and they weren’t very good plus the guy licked his fingers before preparing…. The owner who took our order told my husband no he’s not refunding us and our pizza was almost done. We just left out because we had a feeling they were going to be argumentative. Anywho a dispute has been filed because how you gonna say I can’t get a refund on food I never got! Weird and I’m assuming they don’t make any of their food fresh based on the pictures and reviews of the old/cold looking pizza , moldy food and seeing no one actually in the kitchen preparing food while I was there.

A coworker and I ate here on Thursday—it was my first time, and I was impressed right from the moment we walked in. The service was prompt and welcoming. We both ordered the Steak & Cheese, and it did not disappoint. The bread was outstanding—soft and warm with a perfectly crispy exterior. I'm not sure if it's homemade, but it definitely tastes like it. The steak, mushrooms, onions, and peppers were cooked to perfection, topped with melted mozzarella cheese adding great flavor and texture. To top it all off, the price for the sandwich, fries, and a drink was very reasonable. I highly recommend.
