this place was miserable. the woman who i assume is the manager had a horrible attitude towards guests and didn’t take her job very seriously. we stood there for a good 5-10 minutes without being greeted at all, which would have been understandable if they were running around serving people but instead they just walked by us and basically ignored us. usually we can handle bad service if the food is worth it.. it wasn’t. we waited probably 30 minutes for two sandwiches. my fiancé got a burger and it was dryer than a desert. my chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting in the fryer for two days!! our server was nice but she only checked on us one time after we finally got her attention and then we never saw her again until we finally got to ask for the check. save your money and run far away fromthis place.

5⭐️ All the food was great I ordered a whole meal it had great taste I would recommend to anyone. Who needs a good place to sit down and eat I would recommend the apple bees 8700 J W Clay Blvd Charlotte, NC 28262 the waiters are great they have a good attitude. To anybody who wants to eat with a large family they’re welcoming I seen a nice large family they were having a great time.Kid-friendliness: Our waiter talk to the 3 year old we brought with us it was greatly appreciated because our waiter was very patient with him.

Worst experience ever as a former employee of Applebee's, I was amazed at the poor service, horrible employees,and service was the worst I ever seen. No drinks no silverware, forgot the appetizers and food was cooked poorly. It was not busy and they just totally ignored us. It's a shame, and I would love to have spoken to the mgr, however that request was also ignored!!!! ? So rudee this place sucked 100`%

Tried calling them multiple times about debit card fraud transactions coming from my account but nobody will pick up the phone there. I don’t even live near the state so one of their employees is allowing manually entering my debit card info on their machine at this restaurant. There have been 3 charges in 1 day. Pick up your phone.

Went here when I got into town for some wings sat in the lobby for like 10 mins with no one to greet me. Then it was not busy and someone came put my name on a list then my names was called got up then was told one sec then waited some more then after getting to the table the guy sat me with no menu then came back gave me one never was asked what I wanted to drink or anything was like 7 people seated with menus no food and one couple left saying good luck getting service so I left while all the staff was having a meeting in the lobby like everyone was not waiting to be acknowledged probably won’t be returning one of the worst Applebees I seen and I seen very bad places. No urgency or care for their customers
