The guy at the drive thru gave me my food with a pink hair pick stuck in front of his hair along with a dirty visor turned to the back. Highly unsanitary and I will NEVER return. If you work with food, you need a hair net and gloves.

Horrible experience. Placed a mobile order online, they say they couldn’t find my order in the system, and that their shake machine was down even though I already paid. They said I could get a refund in the app, but there was no refund option so I had to call customer service. I asked them to just make the rest of the items anyway, showing proof of the order to them and that I paid, but they were very hesitant and eventually they made it, but gave me the wrong food items. At that point I didn’t care because I was already frustrated so I just took the food and left. Employees were young and not helpful. Never ever going to this location again.

This place is enforcing the stereotype that people have towards Arby’s. They’re always empty so the food is NEVER fresh, no matter when I went. Fries were always stale. Arby’s is typically empty but the food is surprisingly good! This location’s lack of business shows in the quality of food.

Food was sad and disappointed! No sauce for there brisket beef and cheddar.. barely any ?. I mean it's squeeze cheese I don't know why there were being so cheap with it. The size of the entire meal was just sad! Curly fries weren't cooked fully, definitely not worth it for 13.45!
