Dining room is rarely open so you are forced to go through the drive thru. EVERYTIME i have gone through the drive thru, my order is incorrect. And on the rare occasion the dining room is open, my order is still wrong. I love Arby's food but their service is inexcusable. Seriously, I do not know how this location stays on business.

I feel like there's a new manger somewhere in the chain of command. I have been to this location multiple times and the quality of the Turkey, turnovers, and fries foods have rapidly declined. My food looks and tastes burnt.
The turkey made my grandmother sick. It smells and tastes old. If something doesn't change soon, I'll call corporate and make a change.

The guy that works the window at night always has this store running smoothly. Im assuming hes a manager because of his professionalism and the fact that hes always here. I didnt get his name cause the receipt didnt print properly but hes an older black man, always very respectful, kind and genuine. On top of the good service the food is burning hot, fresh fries and all which is surprisingly hard to find on independence blvd. corporate if youre seeing this give this man a raise ?? he was working the drive thru at 9:30pm September 6th but i wish i got his name so i could give him a proper shout out

Had the Brisket sandwich. Very disappointed. Brisket was very dry and seemed old. Sandwich was barely warm. They should NOT have served this! Most expensive sandwich they have, and it tastes the worst!?

Food was good but I had ordered 4 sandwiches so I asked for Arby's sauce and horsey sauce. They assured me there were 3 of each in the bag. When I got home there was one arby sauce in the bag. Lack of integrity and customer focus.
