Ordered a chicken sandwich, imagine the surprise of biting into a RAW chicken patty … maybe train better, and pray this doesn’t become a lawsuit and based on other reviews am thinking lawsuit should be arriving, soon…avoid this location unless you wanna join a lawsuit, and maybe we need to contact health department for this store

Dining room is rarely open so you are forced to go through the drive thru. EVERYTIME i have gone through the drive thru, my order is incorrect. And on the rare occasion the dining room is open, my order is still wrong. I love Arby's food but their service is inexcusable. Seriously, I do not know how this location stays on business.

I feel like there's a new manger somewhere in the chain of command. I have been to this location multiple times and the quality of the Turkey, turnovers, and fries foods have rapidly declined. My food looks and tastes burnt.
The turkey made my grandmother sick. It smells and tastes old. If something doesn't change soon, I'll call corporate and make a change.
Good music, lightning fast prep, and astoundingly great service. Shout out to Arlen for handling everything like a pro
