I feel like there's a new manger somewhere in the chain of command. I have been to this location multiple times and the quality of the Turkey, turnovers, and fries foods have rapidly declined. My food looks and tastes burnt.
The turkey made my grandmother sick. It smells and tastes old. If something doesn't change soon, I'll call corporate and make a change.

The guy that works the window at night always has this store running smoothly. Im assuming hes a manager because of his professionalism and the fact that hes always here. I didnt get his name cause the receipt didnt print properly but hes an older black man, always very respectful, kind and genuine. On top of the good service the food is burning hot, fresh fries and all which is surprisingly hard to find on independence blvd. corporate if youre seeing this give this man a raise ?? he was working the drive thru at 9:30pm September 6th but i wish i got his name so i could give him a proper shout out

Had the Brisket sandwich. Very disappointed. Brisket was very dry and seemed old. Sandwich was barely warm. They should NOT have served this! Most expensive sandwich they have, and it tastes the worst!?

Food was good but I had ordered 4 sandwiches so I asked for Arby's sauce and horsey sauce. They assured me there were 3 of each in the bag. When I got home there was one arby sauce in the bag. Lack of integrity and customer focus.

I wasn't going to review, but considering it's been a couple of weeks and I'm still remembering that visit, I think itself is worth mentioning. So 1st when I asked not to get the bun with the sandwich, im gluten-free.. not by choice, because I have to, I'm allergic, but I absolutely love the roast beef. The person [normally i would say lady] up front proceeded to get exacerbated and tell the cook about it loudly, and with attitude, I ignored it. Later, we were sitting to eat and did not see the cheese sticks we ordered, my husband asked about it and she went to our table and totally just exasperated huffed and bodly pointed out where they were on our table, looking in discuss.
Have eaten 3 times in a month. This was the best location yet. Absolutely great fish and roast beef. Fine service.

Then, their customer support was terrible and their app was not user-friendly. In addition, they severely mishandled my to-go order, forcing me to write this review. Perhaps the manager could have confirmed that the order was correct if he hadn't been so preoccupied with watching the football game on his phone. I'll follow in everyone else's footsteps and avoid this place going forward.
