This location is ridiculous-The staff, from manager down, are consistently disrespectful and show little regard for their customers. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Avoid this place if you expect to be treated with even the slightest respect.

Little disappointed came to have a lunch, my Mac and cheese was ice cold even after stirring it. my number one was cold and lacking cheese. Also my curly fries were cold. Not too sure what happened but I will not be going to Arby's anytime soon. Thanks for the reminder that Arby's isn't good!

The cashier is great but the food is less than decent. The lack of roast beef is the reason why I will not go to an Arbys again. Everyone knows the game, pack on the meat for commercials then take off most of the meat in real life. Arbys should be embarrassed and ashamed, always putting profits over quality.

This has to be the worst Arbys in all of Charlotte. Order never right. Always missing items or sauces. You try to get it corrected and you get met with attitude. The meat is always too thick. They don't understand "thinly sliced " roast beef. Don't bother getting fries, they always have a weird texture cause they are so old. Laziness at its finest!

Waited in drive thru way too long and still had to pull up. I was the only customer and I know why.
Went through drive thru on 11/26/24 at around 10:20pm. Ordered a French dip, double beef cheddar, and 6 mozzarella sticks.
They gave me 4 mozzarella sticks and didn’t include the dipping stuff for the French DIP. O

The only good experience that I had at this location. Was a young man who took my order. He was friendly and professional. However I watched the cook in the back. They were making making my sandwich. Throwing it around. I mean come on and the sandwich was super hard and so were the fries. The place was very smoky on the inside. The floor was very slippery as well.

I know people never review fast food in a positive light. But, this place was fantastic tonight. The service on a really bad night for my family made me smile for the 1st time in 48 hours. Thank you to the sauce lady. It made us all laugh. ❤️
