Just another Arby's sometimes service is excellent, sometimes your sitting there wondering if their even open.
The fries are ALWAYS cold and hard and 8 out of 10 times they get my order so wrong it doesn't even make sense to me. The prices do not match the quality. Staff is rude and dismissive.

The Angus burgers they sell, are sooooo good and mouth watering. They only sell them for a limited time. They got the best fish sandwich, the one on the Hawaiian bread.

About a month and a half ago I went to Arby’s ordered a roast beef meal and a chicken with bacon and cheese meal I got home I have to roast beef meals so I call there and the man took my name and said the next time I’m near stop by and get my replacement chicken sandwich so I finally went by there the other day and the lil manager acts like he didn’t want to give it to me so he finally gave it to me and he told me he added bacon and cheese to it and I got home and it was just a plain chicken sandwich…..so today my husband wanted to try the blt from Arby’s and I ordered the fish and cheddar meal and asked for it to be dropped fresh so they said it’ll be a few minutes I said cool ok I get home the blt had no tomatoes on it and my fish hadn’t been dropped fresh with no cheddar I’m just so done with that Arby’s.

Food star 0 atmosphere 0 service 0I got a 2 for 7 deal beef n cheddar and a fish sandwich. And I got a jamhoca shake and it taste awful to. How do y'all run out of the Arby's signature bun and I had to settle for a original hamburger bun which is a bad combination. Then the fish sandwich has so much tartar sauce on it I can't even eat it.

Came to this location about 10 minutes before they closed and pulled up to the drive through speaker. Waited for a good 5 minutes and no one ever came on the intercom. To take my order so drove around to the window. Beat the horn several times and the lady looks right at me. Totally disregards me and just never even comes to the window at all. Which is completely rude and uncalled for furthermore, I was there before the time you were supposedly closed and this is the kind of stuff that makes people not want to come to that location. I think it's pretty ridiculous if you ask me. This is a sad location and even sorry your workers who can't even acknowledge a customer at the window before closing time. Spend your money elsewhere a highly recommend you going somewhere else.
This was my first time at this location. The service was great. There was no line. I ordered a ruben meal with curly fries and a medium Dr. Pepper. The ruben was hot and good, but it needs more sourcrout and thousand island dressing. The curly fries were hot, crispy, and good. My soda was a little flat. The men's bathroom was clean and stocked.

Ran through this Arby's while visiting Charlotte. The service was great. The employee repeated the order at the window to confirm it was correct. The order came out with no errors. The employees were polite and pleasant. We pulled off without getting our card back. An employee thankfully came running out and caught us before we pulled out of the parking lot.

(Drive-through), Long wait; over charged & failed to take coupon discount off order. Completed survey with a request to contact but no response. Food was good though & I like the new menu choices .. just make sure to check your receipts if you have coupons & if possible take care of it before leaving.
The food was cold and the buns were moist/wet. It just was an off day I think. I have eating here before and it's always been good.
