Went close to closing 1030 ish ordered the Market fresh sandwich , got the sandwich with no turkey just 2 strips of bacon, called the store 2x before closing at 11 NO ANSWER called back at 1105 and a worker answered, all i could hear was a lady screaming in the backgroud saying that it was meat on the f$@&ing sandwich and that i must have ate it off ? then the lady on the phone said that the meat is weighed for the sandwich i told her that i understood that but there was no meat on mine she then asked the lady that was yelling if she wanted to speak to me she took the phone and hung up on me.

I have given this location several tries. The food is usually disgusting and a waste of my money. I asked for hot fries because the last time they were extremely cold. When I received my order it appears that they just put old fries in the microwave to appear hot and fresh. The fries were disgusting and tasted like they were reheated and had been sitting out for a while. My beef and cheddar tasted as if the bread was stale and was cold. The soda tasted as if it needed to be replaced…it was very flat. Once I got home, I ended up throwing it all out. This is like the third time that I have had this experience. How is this ok? This should not be acceptable.

Normally this is an ok arbys. But they gave me a raw hamburger. I know you may not be used to cooking them but time to train. Would have just called but Phone line goes to fax machine, nice. Online reviews live forever .

I don't know it could just be me ? my standard of quality must be a little higher than this locations quality standard??? My smokehouse brisket combo was $14. This location could do a little better...This sandwich looks like it was purchased next door at the 7-Eleven and then resold to me the fries were burnt and cold as well, the only good thing was the peach ? lemonade, it was phenomenal but they said they couldn't serve it without ice??? Strange, the employee said they had to put ice in it? Never heard that one before . My opinion of this location is their standard is much lower and it's obvious the employees are not concerned about quality anymore? Good luck with your order and thank you for reading this review. GB

I have been at this specific location many times and each time they can never get my order right. I just left there from getting an order of a ranch and Swiss roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks for seven dollars, the mozzarella sticks were not even hot which means the cheese was not melted. I said no ranch sauce but add cheddar cheese and they took off the ranch sauce and my Swiss cheese and gave me some nasty cheese that looked like it had been on the sandwich for hours. I will never ever go to this location again, and will probably not even go to Arby's ever again.
