Went through the drive thru around 9:30 pm on 2/13/24. I ordered 2 roast beef sandwich meals. The fries were not hot nor the roast beef. I went back around and asked for some fresh fries and the person that came to the window wasn’t even the cashier. I received my fries and arbys sauce. I left and went home. 4:30 am the next morning I woke up vomiting the roast beef that I got from there. Now here it is Friday 2/16/24 and I’m still sick, can’t eat anything. They gave me food poisoning; so please be careful.

Ok so the staff were absolutely amazing I had a pretty big order with many customisations and they very friendly, helped me out and went out of their way in fulfilling my order correctly! Only complaint I have is many in store specials you can not order on the app and of course really with they would bring back the potato cakes ! The store was very clean and looked organised.
This place has gotten better recently. In the past, the drive thru speed and accuracy were awful. Plus, I came across multiple grumpy and outright rude employees. But, I went back recently and it was a good experience. Food was fine and service was pleasant. Nice to see!

The staff is super friendly and nice, the order was super quick and really good.
Came here the other night after talking my wife into it. She's not a big Arby's fan. But she got the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was inedible with amount of Buffalo sauce they put in it. But the biggest disappointment was I have a 1.7 year old daughter. I got her the kids roast beef slider. I cut it into 1/4s for her and she would say hot, daddy hot. We couldn't understand what the problem was till we seen something green sticking out. To our surprise it was diced jalapeño. Awesome right, needles to say it was instant diarrhea with a long night ahead of us. Thanks

Pricing is good, service is good but i have no ideal what kind of roast beef it was and I'm from BROOKLYN, NY.They are a bit pricey but their coupons help a lot.
About as good as an Arby's can be. Hot food, nice employees, clean dining area.

I've never met a more polite happy person at a fast food window. Mrs. Vicki was so sweet ! I was having a bad day and she made it better just by taking my order. I wish there were more people like her in that industry.... U have no idea how far a smile and happy disposition can go . she deserves a raise! Thanks Vicki!!
