The wine bar has plenty of seating, including tables and chairs, making it a great spot to relax and do some prime people watching while enjoying a glass of wine. Overall, Arthur's remains a Charlotte favorite for dining and wine-tasting, with the only suggestion being to upgrade the Prosecco to a better brand.
