Absolutely terrible. Used to love it, but the pretzels I had today were disgusting, stale and tasteless. While also costing a fortune. Staff were lazy and clearly couldn’t care less about what they are serving. I wish I had time to turn around and get a refund but had to rush out.

I came in Saturday night and there was a dark skin heavy set girl (not sure her name) there and she was very rude! She made me feel very unwelcome and just plain embarrassed the way she talked to me and other customers. I love this location but I won’t be returning until the problem is resolved!
