good food but the employees are just clueless and rude.I ask for my online order to an employee because I was in a hurry to go but he just stood there and went to the back and didn't bother giving me my order. The lines are long on national pretzel day.I always have issues on my phone and the least thing i can do is order it and pay for the taxes on national pretzel day. the girl gave me pretzel bites instead of an actual pretzel but i'm not complaining.

I stopped here for a snack and while standing in line I noticed how nasty this place is dust on the picture and tvs sinks and counters looked nasty, glass dividers looked nasty, so I decided to not eat here.

I decided to try this Auntie Anne’s again after a pretty bad experience I had here about 6 months ago (cold nuggets, bad attitudes) and I’m so glad I did. The nuggets were hot and fresh, the employee at the register was helpful, and the manager Lucas was so friendly and chatted with me while they were assembling my order. I don’t know what changes they made but I hope they keep them up, I’ll definitely be back again!

Fresh and soft pretzels ? with simple flavors. We tasted both original which comes with salt and cinnamon sugar ones both were so soft and flavors were on point. It’s a perfect evening snack for anyone. Service was great and polite.

The young employees at this South Park Mall (SPM) location are not very efficient. They may need a manager to retrain them or make sure they aren't easily distracted. Gloves need to be changed more often... they are touching everything with them on as well as the pretzels!!! Each visit the line is long, and my last order was not correct. Maybe they need to think of implementing (2) registers vs. one at this location. I've noticed the wait is not very long at Carolina Place Mall, although I prefer frequenting SPM. Next time I may take a picture of the long line.

The pretzel store didn't have pretzels (just bites), and said i had to PRE-PAY and come back with receipt in 20 mins, otherwise they weren't going to make them. I'm sure the owner would be pleased to hear that on a friday afternoon the pretzel store is only making pretzels by request-obsurd! Not a good business model...lost our money.

So disappointed of this place in South Park mall, I always come at my work hours with mall 10% discount. besides manager name Latisha told me they will not give me 10% after I showed my proof of employment, she was rude, saying it’s been like this for a year,complete lie, I was there last week! And got my employee of the mall 10% off!Even if that’s true, that is not how you answer!P.s I paid for caramel dip 2 and she give one!I had to tell Dakota she give me wrong dip and it’s missing one more!I don’t recommend for anyone to be at this location!

I really wanted to leave this review. The establishment was really busy but Crystal and the rest of the girls kept the momentum and the customer service was out of sight. I live in Savannah, Georgia and I wish our crew was half as nice and service oriented as the girls at South Park Mall location. Kudos to this girls! Crystal was just amazing!

Card reader not working so I can’t order. I can get over that, I can’t get over bad customer service. It’s your bad as a business, you could apologize. You could also smile at your customers. If you hate your job so much maybe get a new one.
