Have been here multiple times over multiple trips at this airport. They rarely have anything other that pretzel bites prepared, and quote you 20 minutes when you ask for any other menu item. Staff moves in slow motion, and if you use cash it takes three times as long because 2/3 cashiers I’ve used don’t seem to know how to make change. Wait in line somewhere else.

Poor service! Tha African American guy was really unhelpful If he doesn’t want to work He can stay home or find another job ! No wonder this place has a poor reputation !

Please do not waste your money as pretzels are hard and dry and don't even hold the cinnamon and sugar. You cannot eat them as they are very tough.

Auntie Anne’s is a great spot for pretzels, pretzel hot dogs, lemonade, and pizza pretzels. The location wasn’t busy when I stopped by in the morning, and my food came out quickly. The pretzels tasted very fresh. It’s an easy and convenient snack whenever I’m connecting through the Charlotte airport. The only downside is that the staff could be a bit friendlier.

The gal that helped me was extremely rude to me and everyother customer I saw her interact with. I ended up watching about 10 people go somewhere else because of one employee. I hope they can find a new cashier because she has lost them a lot of business.

The young lady was rude. Not helpful. Spoke down to my 14 year old. Made him feel stupid, because we travel with cash. And she lifted her hands like the cash was dirty. When he went back with my credit card to order. She was very rude on the wait time of the pretzel dog. We know we are going to wait. Its ok. You dont have to treat my son the way you did. And keep your face from telling your truth. You had a terrible attitude for a grown woman to treat a 14 year old

After multiple opportunities/visits, I can confidently give it a 1 star. They (both in Charlotte airport) need to work on their pretzels. Compared to other locations these are lacking. And please, quit selling stale/hard pretzels. I gave service a 3 stars because it depends on who’s behind that counter. It’s inconsistent. Some behave like one is a bother. They forget, no customers… no job.

I ordered a pretzel, handed worked $7... Cash ... I don't have a card..The woman behind the counter said, I can't make change, therefore no pretzel!!! Rude rude.... Not my fault they couldn't make change...

The store hours that are posted are incorrect. I arrived at 0630hrs and was informed they don’t open until 0700hrs on a Saturday morning.

I just walked by your fine establishment as your workers were cleaning. There was a girl in crocs standing on the countertop wiping down the wall. Directly under her feet was the diagram that you used to lay out raw pretzel dough to make your pretzels. She did not have any type of protective cover under her feet. So literally everyone’s piss must be your secret ingredient.
