Out of everything I asked for. Advertising things that were discontinued or out of season. Plus there are many flies near the dough

Very discouraging to have to pay for rock-hard pizza pretzel nuggets that were left under the heater for FAR too long!

Definitely the cleanest Auntie Annes in the area! Best mall snack for sure. They always seem to be busy and for a good reason. Pretzels are always hot and delicious. Staff is friendly, especially the manager.

The staff during the day are the BEST!! Ask for SiSi because you just KNOW the product will be fresh and all of the product available. If she doesn't have it ready, then she'll get it to you as quick as possible. The lines can get long during the weekends and you will likely have to wait but they all work as fast as possible. Remember that if you EVER don't like your product, bring it back to the manager on duty and they'll replace it and make it right. I was here earlier this year and it was a completely different vibe and leadership team. All new staff and you can really see the difference. If you didn't like coming here before like these other reviews, give it another try.

Great place to snack on before/during/after spending a couple hundred $$ on the shopping trip. The food is pretty freshly baked. The churro and cinnamon roll is my favorite.

We got there had to wait what seemed like forever for service, ordered some food that had to be made (10 minute wait that's cool as it was expected) in the meantime 1 of the workers had prepared the rest of my order & set it on the counter DIDN'T TELL ME so it sat there the entirety of my way so by the time my newly prepared food was ready my cinnamon nuggets were ice cold & they handed me everything with a smile.

This one located inside the Charlotte Premium Outlet. As always, it was very busy especially during the weekend but not much pretzel was made especially the cinnamon sugar. Also, the mini dogs or nathan dog pretzel are all made to order. We had to wait for 15 minutes for mini dogs to be made. One good thing about it is i know that it is fresh compare to the one that was premade. The mini dogs was good but a little bit oily. The service was great.

My partners blood sugar crashed during our shopping trip so we needed to grab a quick snack. Upon walking into the shop, it was the most confusing system going on. We stood there not sure which counter was open to order and when I looked at one of the workers and asked, I was greeted with eye rolls and "I dont know". Yeah, I was as confused as you are reading that. So we start to order. (Two pretzels, two soft drinks) Lady told us they were out of pretzels... (At an Auntie Annies lol?) And for us to wait since they just made a batch of pretzel bites. We paid and waited...and waited...and waited. Literally watched them stir the batch for like 10 min. They placed a bag on the counter, didnt say who it was for, eventually was half of our order so I sent my partner out with that half to go eat since they were ill. I stood waiting, had to go back up to the counter to ask for atleast my drink and this is where the woman at the counter got aggressive and nasty. Slamming the cup down on the counter. I had asked if the order was almost done (It was 15 or so min at this point) and she snapped at me in a condescending attitude, eventually shoved my bag of pretzels at me without a word and stormed off. Like, I wasnt being nasty at all, I asked for help and where to order, and asked the status on our food since it was a long wait with only me and one other customer. (It wasnt busy?)TLDR: Staff are young adults with attitude issues and no training. Looks like their system of running the place is a disaster.
