Definitely the cleanest Auntie Annes in the area! Best mall snack for sure. They always seem to be busy and for a good reason. Pretzels are always hot and delicious. Staff is friendly, especially the manager.

The staff during the day are the BEST!! Ask for SiSi because you just KNOW the product will be fresh and all of the product available. If she doesn't have it ready, then she'll get it to you as quick as possible. The lines can get long during the weekends and you will likely have to wait but they all work as fast as possible. Remember that if you EVER don't like your product, bring it back to the manager on duty and they'll replace it and make it right. I was...

This one located inside the Charlotte Premium Outlet. As always, it was very busy especially during the weekend but not much pretzel was made especially the cinnamon sugar. Also, the mini dogs or nathan dog pretzel are all made to order. We had to wait for 15 minutes for mini dogs to be made. One good thing about it is i know that it is fresh compare to the one that was premade. The mini dogs was good but a little bit oily. The service was great.
