So the food overall is phenomenal. Got the cali burrito and corn. Chefs kiss! 2 items to improve on IMO: TOAST YA BURRITOS ... THOUGH THE FLAVOR IS THERE THE TEXTURE COULD BE BETTER. MAKE SURE THE FRIES ARE CRISPY. LASTLY AND MY BIGGEST PAIN POINT THE QUESO... EITHER DON'T SELL IT OR FIX THE RECIPE..I GET YOUR OWN QUESA YOUR OWN WAY BUT GOT IT TODAY AND IT AND IT WAS LIKE MY QUESO WAS WAITING ON A BISCUIT CAUSE IT WAS GRAVY!!!! PEPPER THICK .... Top tier!! Amazing food, great ambiance and great service. Owner Hector is super nice and attentive. If you’re ANYWHERE near Charlotte you gotta come here to eat. California torta HUGE and cooked perfect. California burrito loca style was HUGE and cooked perfect.
