Tried this place twice, and I have no interest in going back. The food is fine, nothing special. The service is the reason I won’t return. I ordered takeout, and went in a few minutes early. The food wasn’t on the takeout shelf so I sat and waited. No one ever came out and addressed me. Finally once it was almost 10 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready according to the app, I went to find some help because you can hear people laughing and joking. I told them I was there for takeout, she asked my name and then handed me a bag that was sitting on the floor next to her. I said that I had been waiting because it wasn’t on the shelf, and no one had spoken to me. She responded simply, “it wouldn’t fit.” No other response or comments.I’d rather spend my money somewhere that cares.

The quality of food has severely gone down! Not sure if there has been a staff change in the kitchen or what, but it’s not the same. Beware ordering a dish that was once your favorite because I can promise you it won’t be the same quality as before.

Stopped in for a quick afternoon snacks today and we were very happy with the service we received. We shared 2 different types of Kdogs, lemon pepper wings, and a shrimp bowl. Everything was delicious. Cute atmosphere too?

The egg rolls were okay the sauce taste like it came out of a bottle which was very disappointing. The dumplings were gross and served with soy sauce… the dessert platter was also nasty. And $12 for bite sized dog treat looking portions. 2 egg rolls, 4 dumplings and 3 mini cakes 4 mini macaroons for $30 just wasn’t worth it at all. I would never go back! The best thing I ordered was the $6 passionfruit tea!

This place is a no for me. I gave it a second chance because my coworker wanted to try the food. I got the tuna nacho. It was not tasty. The tuna was so dried and hard. For you to charge 12 bucks for that is just crazy to me. My coworker said the food she got had no flavor what so ever. She got the wings and lo mein. It was a no go for her.

After reading one of my other pho reviews of other pho places I'm Charlotte I've really been contemplating one question: What is the quintessential American pho experience. Now, personally, I prefer the tight, small, let's say "quaint" vietnamese places preferably with a bunch of dudes outside smoking and/or playing cards. There has to be some kind of gambling machine nearby. The music is vietnamese. that kind of stuff.Be-em has truly nailed it. Heart mind and body. There's no host, no server to seat you, you walk in and order from a nice big tablet. Take your time. Read through it all. It's touchscreen so it's very intuitive. I love it. Really feels like more restaurants need to follow exactly Be-ems lead. For the heart, this place is beautifully decorated with high ceiling and just it's a while vibe you gotta check out. For the mind, there are these laminated papers that have the story behind the restaurants name and frankly it almost brought a tear to my eye, really soothes the soul to see hard work pay off and be so real. For the body, well ultimately this is why every one eats, the pho was great! Definitely a google maps 5 star. I will now include what I call my "graduated pho scale" which is the most critical lens with which I grade wherein a 10 is essentially michelin star so-to-speak. This pho gets a 7 which is very good. The broth for me was a little salty but the meat was excellent. That reminds me I gotta rant about this meat cuz it was really really good. The pho got a 6 but the meat elevated it to a 7 for sure. You can really taste how they pride themselves on the meat I loved how the brisket had a smokey quality and I've never gotten more meatballs served to me in a pho "special" although I don't think it came with tendon or tripe. That said, this is probably the best experience for first time pho tryers and for kids! They have lots of Boba tea options and pho is only a little bit of the menu there are lots to try!Overall experience was a 10/10 this isn't just a restaurant it is a total hang out spot like get a drink with your friends and chill super cool kind of place!

The food was a cash grab me and my friend couldn’t finish it. instant ramen, Campbell’s tasting chicken broth, I could make better ramen in 15 minutes haha. The pokey bowl my friend got can’t even compare to the one I get at the grocery store. The taro milk tea was yummy

i’ve came to this place a couple of times in the past but my most recent visit was very unpleasant. I had gotten food poisoning from their food. Not only that, but they had messed up my order and did not want to remake it. Never coming back.

Hibachi plates really nasty... they only give a Lil bit of meat and it's stinks they are over price. I don't recommend anyone come here to eat. I found hair in my food. When I tried dine in with my friends, I can hear music n people yelling the back. I don't recommend any customers dine here, it's not peace and quite to eat.

I never write Google Reviews, but this place is so impressive that they deserve it. The atmosphere is perfect for dine-in, the food is some of the best I have ever tasted, and I will be returning here again.
