We came for the holiday vibe but that was quickly stolen by the grinch bartenders. The decor was amazing but you quickly forget about that when the staff is acting like you’re a bother. We ordered the same drink twice and the second time it tasted totally different. Bartenders had attitudes from the moment we walked in. Not worth the almost $20 per drink price tag.

This used to be a chill, speakeasy vibe with a fun secret entry years ago, but we decided to check out the Christmas theme this year and it has turned into a regular trashy club just like any other. They removed the phone booth entry, floors were so sticky it was hard to walk, and there was a DJ playing club type music. They also offer drinks in fun Christmas mugs for an additional price and on the menu it says take them home, but there was security at the exit taking them away. So basically you pay $25 for a drink just to take a picture with it. The decor is cool and the fake snow was a nice touch, but it felt hard to enjoy when you had people bumping into you and spilling drinks everywhere. Would have liked to see this be reservation only with higher quality drinks. Overhyped just like everything else that goes viral

Upon arrival, we and several other patrons initially approached a glass door that appeared to be an entrance. While we eventually found the correct way to enter, the lack of clear signage caused confusion. We were unfortunately met with an employee (the bar back/bartender) who opened the door and loudly addressed everyone trying to use it. Clear guidance on the appropriate entrance would greatly improve the initial guest experience, particularly for those unfamiliar with your location :(

While the Christmas decorations were very nice, we noted a strong, unpleasant smell (reminiscent of an old, wet mop) that detracted from the atmosphere, giving the space a dive bar feel rather than that of a speakeasy.

Finally, we found the drinks to be overpriced, although I guess we appreciate that some came with a special cup.

This place was sooo cute. I'll be back for other holidays. The bar was small and the cashout process was a lil more difficult than it should've been but they were busy so I understand.

Drinks were okay and the lady was rude. The other guys there were a lot nicer than she was. The floors were extremely sticky and the bathrooms were not clean at all. Probably won’t be back.

Came for the holiday themed drinks and atmosphere, place was immaculately decorated, definitely puts you in the holiday spirit. Then you get a table and wait 20 minutes before you have to go ask for a server, he has a snooty attitude like he has better things to do, then one drink shows up 15 minutes later and gets watered down because you have to wait for your dates drink to arrive 10 minutes later...I dont know if we hit on an off day but definitely not worth the price of the drinks or the drive all the way out here...

Amazing vibes!!! We loved our waiter Luke who helped us pick the best cocktail for our preferred tastes. The Rudolph replacement drink was the perfect sweet take on an espresso martini.

Cool entry to this speakeasy.. however the bartender that answers the phone to let you in has horrible customer service. You could tell he was annoyed. To be fair the bartenders get interrupted every few minutes while making a drink to answer the phone and buzz in the guests.. they need a hostess. Slow service and drinks were terrible (very sugary) and overpriced. Decor was great! Overall disappointing..

Watch out for these two creepy characters.

The server Natasha is so rude!! Their pop ups are always cool but their Halloween specialty drinks always taste SO BAD & not worth $18
