We came in around 9:00pm when it was relatively less crowded since I have seen this place bustling with high energy folks and have always enjoyed it. My wife and I enjoyed the ambiance and smooth drinks along with a very flavorful dinner. We soaked the mesmerizing hip-hop music with our conversation along with sudden bursts of laughter from other tables that made the perfect setting for a restaurant of this type. We loved every bit of it and would certainly continue to enjoy coming back at Bakersfield. Thanks for being such wonderful hosts! Peace and good wishes!

Their guac and queso is so fresh! My only note is that they only serve tacos and there's not many other options besides that. Still was a great experience overall!

The brisket queso was delicious and the shrimp tacos. The sauce was bland with little flavor. Along with the chicken tacos. The empanadas tasted like spinach artichoke dip in a pastry shell. The rice and bean were disgusting, they were not refried beans just cooked pinto beans that were watery. Definitely expected more flavor from a Mexican restaurant.

Had a reservation for 8 got sat back in a nice little private corner near the window. The window was open so you could hear/see everything going on directly outside which wasn't bad. The weather was nice so it felt like sitting outdoors without actually being outside. The service was good in the beginning, we had some trouble getting refills throughout the evening but otherwise they were very attentive. The food was excellent, there was a nice variety to choose from, but everyone at our table ended up getting the Meal for 2 and you got so much food with it! Overall great experience. Would love to come back!

We made a reservation for 7:45 and we're not seated for an hour, at 8:45pm, at which time the restaurant cleared out and was hardly full at all. We were then told our food would take 45 minutes. Not only did it take the full 45 minutes but it all came out at once, apps, chips and food all at once. The margs were so sugary we couldn't even drink them. I'm so disappointed as I brought 5 people who had never been to Bakersfield, excited to show it off and it was a terrible experience.

Luis is amazing!!! We've been here before but he definitely made our experience so much better. I will be coming back just for him! He's incredibly knowledgeable about tequila and what would be a good chaser. He's got a great personality! I enjoyed my experience and he's definitely a wonderful server and bartender.

I wish I could give more stars because this place was amazing! Our server Luis was beyond helpful and added an extra layer of fun to our family night out. Everything he suggested was delicious and my son who usually only eats hard shelled tacos went crazy for the soft shelled beef ones. The pineapple margarita was beyond good and slightly dangerous for how delicious it was. We have officially found our new taco spot! Thank you Uncle Bubbles! ??

We ordered the short rib queso 10/10, super flavorful and came with lots of chips. Taquitos comes with 3 and sits on enchiladas sauce 10/10, probably one of the best weve had. Pollo verde and Baja Shrimp tacos were $4.5 and felt small for the price 5/10, they were lacking in flavor as well.
They offer HH 4-6. 1/2 off bocaditos and $3 tacos. Would love to come back and try more items.
Overall a good experience and would recommend their bocaditos

Worst service. Walked in on a Saturday evening for dinner and the hostess tells us it’s over an hour wait with attitude. I look online and see reservations are available during the time I was there. So I made a reservation and went back to let her know. Again with attitude told me ok and took us to our table looking angry I was able to get a table. Horrible customer service. Felt like she didn’t want us to dine in. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
