I’ve been a supppeter of bang bang burgers since we moved to Charlotte over two years ago. They have amazing food and great people who work there. However, I just went to the 7th street location for the first time, ordered pickup, went into the store, and there was a boot on my car. The guy at wheel blockers said they have full authority to charge anyone and everyone in that parking lot, and I was forced to pay $275 just to use my car. I love the company but I’ll never go back to bang bang burgers again.

I really like this restaurant the best burgers I will be eating there plenty more time the service is fast the people are awesome the employee Kevin is the best he always communicates when I come the owner never make me feel my presence is welcome their other customers are amazing as well I just want to acknowledge the team keep up the awesome work 6/29/2025

My wife, some friends and I stopped here before a hockey game. Fantastic food and service. Definitely eating here again in the future.
The customer service was friendly and the burgers were decent; however, I drove 40 minutes to come here because I thought it was a nice eat-in burger restaurant because of the pictures. Well when you walk in, it looks not so pleasant because of renovations. The pictures on Google are not true to how it currently looks. I ended up getting it to go and left. Despite being a little disappointed, can't wait to see the place in better shape next time.

Still the best burger in town. New look works. Service? Nose dive. Asked for medium burgers got med rare. No tragedy just not what I ordered. When I picked up the order, woman in back window clearly and unapologetically eating while she works. Zero attempt at discretion. My hope is she didn't handle my order. I paid too much and came too far and my brother had his heart set on the cowboy. Might just try the other location.

I came here for my lunch break and it was amazing the service was the best I’ve ever seen she makes you feel like home and part of the family and the same with other customers the food was amazing I’m definitely gonna be coming here more often 10/10
