Ordered the sauteed beef and grilled chicken banh mi. The beef was very flavorful. 10/10 The chicken on the other hand had absolutely 0 flavor besides a slight charred taste. 0/10

Both orders were wrong, fries were burnt, and they were not busy at all so I’m confused. Unfortunately didn’t check the food until I got home.

For some reason they will not let you order a banh mi with no bread. They actually refused to let me order a banh mi without bread. Why? Because I wanted a side of white rice. I used to come here at least once a week. I won’t be back.

The food is decent, didn’t like the noodles, very bland. The pork was good, well cooked. But other than that, it failed to impress me. Been to better places at same cost.

I was excited to try Banh Mi Brothers, and while the food was delicious, the service left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. I ordered the Korean Banh Mi and a green Thai tea—both tasted great. However, as a first-time visitor trying cultural food, I would have appreciated a bit more guidance. When I asked for a popular item, I was directed to the top ten list without much explanation, and when I asked for a chai tea, I was told bluntly that they only have Thai tea.
Additionally, when I asked for a sauce or dip, I was surprised that there weren’t any options besides ketchup. I was hoping for something more traditional, like a summer roll or teriyaki-style sauce.
While I enjoyed the food and will probably return, next time, I’ll do my own research on what to order. A little more hospitality would make a big difference for new guests

Our family likes to go here for a quick lunch or dinner. We usually get a sandwich or noodle bowl. Does get a little smokey at times due to the kitchen.

We loved the food here. Hospitality was A+. Prices are reasonable. This will definitely be a regular for me and the kids. We enjoyed it so much that we told 2 other strangers we met at the Trampoline park to visit.

The food had several hairs on it and afterwords unfortunately I got food poisoning from this food.

I recently ordered chicken Banh Mi takeout from Banh Mi Brothers, and while the price was reasonable at around $9 per sandwich (including a fried egg on top), the experience was a bit underwhelming. The bread was dry, which impacted the overall quality. The chicken was moist, but it lacked the punch of flavor I expect from lemongrass chicken.
I ended up adding my own sauce at home to elevate the flavors. While I’d rate this visit 4 out of 5 (being generous due to better past experiences when the bread was fresher), I’ve had better Banh Mi in Charlotte—particularly at 220c Banh Mi. Overall, Banh Mi Brothers is still a decent option for the price for what is in the area.

Here's a sample Google review:
"5/5 stars! I stumbled upon this hidden gem and I'm so glad I did! The banh mi here is authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The bread is crispy, the pickled veggies are tangy, and the meats are savory. I've tried several options on the menu and each one has been a flavor explosion. The service is also friendly and quick. If you're a fan of Vietnamese food or just looking to try something new, do yourself a favor and stop by this amazing banh mi spot!"
