lo mein is amazing. the general tsao's chicken has cinnamon in it as a heads up! it's welcoming and the service is great.

I really enjoyed this place. The food is tasty and the staff are extremely pleasant. I honestly got caught up talking, but I had the grilled dumplings and general tso's chicken with white rice. Everything was really great. I forgot to take pics of the food, sorry, lol. Oh, and the sweet tea is just right!! I'll be back for sure!

Stopped in here for lunch while in the area and had a great experience. Food and service were lightning fast, and I loved the dumplings, cashew chicken, and fried rice we ordered. Everything was hot and fresh, plus the portions are massive. It was super busy during lunch, but I was able to sit at the bar and be served right away. Cool decor and friendly service too. Nothing to not love here!

Absolutely delicious Chinese food which is a rare find in Charlotte. We felt the tangerine chicken was a bit too sweet, but the flavor was still good. Chicken and eggplant in garlic sauce was perfect. Dumplings were savory spring roll was crunchy and flavorful.

We always enjoy eating at Baoding. The spring rolls are top notch and so are the various choices on the menu! Service is great and the atmosphere is very family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There are many tables that are wheelchair accessible.
Ordered the Beijing duck. It was sliced thick and had feather on the skin. Wasn't very crispy either. Overall, disappointing.

Service was fine and acceptable. But wow the food was terrible. My wife ate 2 bites and threw it away. Noodles were absolute mush. Vegetables were mush. My generals chicken was relatively bland. The only flavor was mild sweetness. It was sparse stringy chicken with excessive and overcooked fry on the outside.This was more expensive than most of our usual spots for chinese and was the worst we have had by a laaaarge margin.We will not be back. Save your money and time.

The food was great but the service was very slow, waitresses were standing around chatting while we waited for menus, to have our order taken and asking for the bill. It was lunchtime and the waitresses weren’t rushed off their feet.Having said that, the food was so good, I shall return.
