We had to leave after 20 minutes of waiting for service. Having one bartender to cover the bar and table service on PGA weekend is unacceptable on a Saturday night of such a large opportunity. Also, Sunday, after the final round, same thing... Service was unacceptable, however we stayed for late drinks, undercooked cooked burgers and fries. Terrible management!!!!! There was one server on Saturday, she did not attempt to meet people are grow the sales, rather chatted with bar folks as table people became frustrated and left. On the biggest day, Sunday, the guy tried but, again too many people. He was running for food and covering too many people. Unacceptable management across the board, I am questioning if I will again stay with Hilton again. I was a loyal Hilton user, not looking at Hilton next time. Do your job.

Great customer service!!! The food was amazing (10 out of 10). I got the H Town burger that came with a fried onion ring, bbq sauce and bacon & pair it with a amaretto sour. The drink was made perfectly, not too much juice or alcohol, it was a perfect balance. I would definitely recommend anyone to stop in and grab a bite.

Annette was awesome and made a great Old Fashioned! Seriously, if you drink them, you know it’s not easy to find a good one. One of the best grilled chicken clubs I’ve ever had. Everything was very affordable. I would highly recommend.

Everytime I'm in Charlotte I stay at the HGI/Homewood Suites in South Park not because of the hotel but because of Bar 4808 in the hotel! Annette the bartender is a rockstar! She's both professional and personable. She and the bar don't give you the A-typical hotel vibe. Make sure you come on Wednesdays for Wine Down Wednesday and 1/2 price bottles of wine. Be sure to ask for Annette!

Had the chopped Caesar salad with blackened salmon and was pretty good! Annette recommended two beers when i asked about local IPAs and Juicy Jay was the winner. Nice environment and great service from Annette
