This is a nice cafe and bakery store adjacent to the Ritz Carlton hotel in downtown Charlotte. We got to try some of their dessert items as the hotel gave a celebratory platter, filled with their items. Loved the coconut cream chocolate cake, macarons, and the chocolate layered strawberries. I was visiting Charolette for a concert on 5/18-5/19 and on my way to the spectrum center I decided to stop by and grab some desserts to eat afterwards at my hotel. The inside is very nice and open and they had a lot of options, unfortunately I did not try any drinks. I am a culinary major in college and have dabbled in some baking and pastry so their options caught my eye. Yesterday my family and I went in for some pastries and coffee. It was a dreary day outside but the lovely barista Ashley made our day much brighter. She made the best coffee and pleasantly talked about all of the pastry products they had to offer. Highly recommend anyone to check it out when in town.
