If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely the most disrespectful and rudest customer service from a bartender I have ever encountered. As someone who has worked in the service industry for over 10+ years, I would never think to be so impolite as the bartender at BarLoSo. Such a shame because we live so close and the bar/atmosphere is so cute but I would never waste my money to be treated so poorly. BarLoSo I hope you consider new staff.

the bald bar tender with the tattoos was beyond rude, rushing customers to order, pay, present they're wallet and if it wasn't quick enough he threatened to ignore or move on. when asked for my check he proceeded to dump my drink and throw my card back at me. if he is this frantic when it's slow I pray for any bar that hires him.

I just visited Bar LoSo for the second time I had a glass of my favorite wine...Sauvignon Blanc. Our bartender, James, was great as usual. The vibe was cozy and the music was on point!

We stopped in on a quiet Wednesday evening. There was one other couple sitting at the bar, so we sat just down from them. The bar tender was kind and attentive, making our drinks and chatting with us. I enjoyed my mule, and there were several beers on tap, too. They have a food menu with some snacks, though we didn't try any this time. There were old movies and video games playing on the TVs. The space was decorated nicely to feel like you were stepping into a new alcove/world. There's parking nearby and it's close to the Scaleybark stop (no drinking and driving!). I hope this place gets more foot traffic on busier days! It's a bit hard to see as it's in the middle of the shopping plaza. As LoSo grows, I think it'll become a nice destination.
