For a guy that specializes in burgers, burritos, bacon and everything in between... I don't find myself in high end restaurants often. Its not that I don't appreciate them, its just that I'm cheap and value quantity over quality more often. I have however spent quite some time trying to work on that and have had the honor of dining at Michelin restaurants on both coasts. Those experiences have elevated my appreciation for the manic obsessive attention to detail...
Really cool vibe here but even better was the food and service. Nostalgia was such a great concept for a tasting menu. Staff was excellent. Cannot wait to get back and will definitely let everyone know about you guys.
Phenomenal restaurant with fresh, creative dishes and excellent cocktails that took us on a 10 course culinary adventure with the nostalgia theme. Everyone from the kitchen to the front of house were nice, knowledgeable, and are true culinary artists. Highly recommend for a high end culinary journey!
