Don’t order a milkshake. They’re just going to give you a cup of milk. Chocolate is the ice cream, white is the milk.

Janae was super helpful and sensitive to my food allergies! Will definitely be eating here again, i have had trouble in the past with people not caring about my food allergies but she made me feel safe to eat here.

Stopped by this location at least 10 times in the last month, to get some chocolate ice cream. Every single time they didn’t have any chocolate ice cream, seems odd for one of the most popular flavors.

I work in construction. I got off 2:20pm and decided to have some ice cream. I walked into a nearby Baskin-Robbins at 2:35pm on 701 South Kings Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. And not 1 person attempted to help me. I stood for a moment approached to view ice cream options then attempted to ask a young lady employee a question. She looked at me, and her expression said don't ask me nothing. But, I proceeded with my inquiry. She looked at me and stated "I work athe drive-thru." But, she did not offer to send another colleague to assit me. already tired, I just wanted to treat myself. Customer service does not exist anymore. people are rude and nasty and look at as if their annoyed with the fact you came in. I don't spend my money in places like that. I just walked out after asking 5 employees to assist me. total foryoung ladies that welCould I please get someone to help me? One young lady spoke full english told me in english that she don't speak english. She can't help me. I asked if someone can help me so either. The person that could have, should I say some or? Another person could have got someone that was willing to say help and do their job. I do not work at Baskin-Robbins, but if I did I'll have a big smile and do my best to have a returning to customer. This was so annoying considering it's hot, just end my work day. I just wanted to treat myself and bass in a Baskin-Robbin ice cream. I can't believe people still work jobs they clearly don't want... and expect you to be a contributor to their paycheck. My score is really a 0. I'm just really really disappointed and felt humiliated.

30 mins before close the 2 employees were taking my order. They started saying they were out of stuff when they got to the window. Then one of the employees said that they are closed. Food service isn’t what it used to be. If I was their employer I’d fire both employees.

We drove up 40 minutes before closing and they turned off the lights and locked the doors.

My husband and I shared a banana split since we had a credit from T-Mobile. It's awesome because you get to pick everything: the flavors of ice cream and all the toppings. Delicious treat! ?
How does an ice cream shop not have waffle cones or strawberry ice cream?
Can’t speak for the Dunkin, but the Baskin half is garbage. Always out of ice cream - even basic flavors like vanilla. Don’t waste your time.

So slow all the time and always out of things.
Staff is so SO RUDE and don’t even know their job (like what is available/has been discontinued). They also laugh, curse and snicker in front of you. The only person who makes any sense here is the manager.
Very displeased….. coffee was horrible and the hash browns were cold! I will never eat from this location again!!!!
A necessary must have! Especially now that the weather is warming up.
