This location is horrible!!!!! Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. I drive a further distance than to go there. I wish I could give it no stars.
The woman taking orders at the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude. Do not come here! We ended up driving to McDonalds down the road.
There's a reason why this location only has 2 stars. The drive thru attendant at 5:45 pm on 08/02 was absurdly rude all because I asked what flavor I've cream they had with chocolate in it. She raised her voice at me and provided no customer service.
The two people working the evening/closing shift at this location on May 20th, 2025, should be reevaluated. They locked the doors well before the posted closing time, denying me access (after driving quite a distance since my more local location had an earlier closing time). Not only did they waste my time, but they cost this establishment money by locking up early. This location should have still been open based on its posted time; there were two people behind the counter and two of their friends (or additional employees) sitting at a booth eating and drinking during the time they would not open the door to allow me in to pick the items I wanted from the freezer. There was no work for them to do regarding my purchase other than let me choose my cake and pre-packed ice cream preference from the freezer, ring me up, and say have a good night (something I couldn't do from the drive-thru. Even the people sitting at the booth eating were trying to urge those behind the counter to open the door for me, but they would not.
I was intending to spend approx. $100 between buying two to three pre-packed quarts and a larger ice cream cake for guests waiting at my home, all items in the freezer I could see just on the other side of the locked door I was urging them to open.
They could have serviced the customer and still had 5 minutes remaining before rightfully needing to lock the doors for the night's close. If I were the operator of this location, I would wonder how often they bypass the posted hours and lock up early.
(It's a bit of a pet peeve of mine when people go out of their way to make it to an establishment before it closes, just to find the door locked early once they get there; It's never a good way to do business)
I would have spent more in this store in under 3 minutes (the same time I spent at the door trying to get them to honor the hours) than the store paid for three hours of employing rude/unprofessional people who cost this establishment money tonight
Only opens half the ice cream selections when they want to!
Guy was very mad when I ordered didn’t want to order anything that I wanted because of feeling like I was burdening him. And he only filled my ice cream pack basically half way wasted my money don’t go to this location.
It takes 20min to make a drink. Everyone who comes after me getting their ice cream before me.

The manager was super nice! I witnessed him checking in with a less fortunate customer, offering him a cold drink and just interacting with him kindly. Made my day!

we went to the Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins located on S Tryon & Sandy Porter Road first we tried to go in the doors were locked. She told us to go through the drive-through. There were three employees one was out front smoking a cigarette sitting on the ground, a young lady that was doing the drive-through & somebody out of uniform was pulling the trash as we go through the drive-through to order & she does not have the item that was order and the fact that they were closing in 20 minutes Baskin Robbins was closed. I’m not understanding how that’s possible. not sure if you’re gonna be closing this location that you have on duty is working their way towards that store being closed. also, why direct us to go to drive-through to tell me you cannot make a milkshake because you close in 20 minutes. help me us to understand why we should Consider you in the future. please don’t tell me that this is a franchise that does not excuse anything because they carry your brand so please help me to rectify this situation. I am not happy and neither is my wife.

Cant give 0 stars, they deserve negative though. Should hire employees who know what they are doing, bunch of clueless folks standing idle doing nothing.

Ordered an ice cream cake 4 days in advance. Showed up on the correct day and time but was told that my order was missed by the cake maker and they couldn't make a new one. Offered me a cake out of the freezer for same or greater price but didn't have a lot of options.

I loved it
Despite the reviews; I went to try them out. They didn't even have ice cream cones. I should've went somewhere else.
This store works their tail off no matter how many crew members they have working. They're always worth the wait! Super polite, kind employees and more consistently on target to my order than any other fast food location I've visited nearby (looking at you Starbucks).
I ordered an ice cream photo cake from this location for my son’s 5th birthday. As a former General Manager for Dunkin didn’t even hesitate to look at the reviews. I get called late even the day before pick up(less than 24hours) to be told that the cake decorator was going to be busy at another store and they wouldn’t be able to do my cake. So I asked for a refund to be told, call the support line. Almost ruined my son’s birthday party, LUCKY for me I still have contacts within Dunkin and was able to get another franchise group to do a last min cake order for me. THIS location will NEVER get my business again.
