I would have given this place 1 star if not for the pleasant young lady working the counter—she was the one bright spot. Unfortunately, half of the ice cream options were completely empty, including the flavor I came for, and my backup choices were gone too. On the donut side, the selection was just as disappointing—almost everything was sold out. Both the ice cream and donut offerings were severely limited. The only saving grace was the friendly and professional staff.

I get a cake every year for my moms birthday and I took a chance and ordered online…I requested white cake instead of confetti and they made it happen…a lot of time at places the additional instructions are ignored but it made this day easier because this is exactly how my mom wanted it every year…it seems small but it made a birthday without her a little easier..thank you

Wouldn’t even get a cup of coffee here. The staff is incredibly dishonest and even higher up management doesn’t care to correct it. I ordered a cake that was basically old, stale, and rotten and I’d been calling for days about a resolution. The cake baker lied and said they spoke to me when they didn’t and the district manager took almost a week to even reach back out to me. The front staff also lied about having a general manager until I had to find out myself they didn’t even have one. I hope the franchise owner sees this because this is completely unacceptable.

I was told the cake would be ready on the day of his birthday and when I arrived they had no idea of the order… had no remorse just looked at me like do you want a refund or not… this make me so sad how inconsiderate people can be. I will never return. Customer service is terrible

Not even one star. These negative comments are very true. Visited there to get an ice cream sundae and they do not know anything and had to walk away. If you need an ice cream go to dairy queen next to it. They know what they are doing.
