Wouldn’t even get a cup of coffee here. The staff is incredibly dishonest and even higher up management doesn’t care to correct it. I ordered a cake that was basically old, stale, and rotten and I’d been calling for days about a resolution. The cake baker lied and said they spoke to me when they didn’t and the district manager took almost a week to even reach back out to me. The front staff also lied about having a general manager until I had to find out myself they didn’t even have one. I hope the franchise owner sees this because this is completely unacceptable.

They ruined my son bday cake order! I was told the cake would be ready on the day of his birthday and when I arrived they had no idea of the order… had no remorse just looked at me like do you want a refund or not… this make me so sad how inconsiderate people can be. I will never return. Customer service is terrible

Not even one star. These negative comments are very true. Visited there to get an ice cream sundae and they do not know anything and had to walk away. If you need an ice cream go to dairy queen next to it. They know what they are doing.

Staff was friendly and cool
Service was terrible! Guy doesn't know how to make a decent sundae and there isn't anything fancy to it! He put all the toppings toward the bottom! Then each milkshake we had tasted like milk because he added more milk than ice cream! Then as I'm telling him my order he was just staring at me crazy!
