They ruined my son bday cake order! I was told the cake would be ready on the day of his birthday and when I arrived they had no idea of the order… had no remorse just looked at me like do you want a refund or not… this make me so sad how inconsiderate people can be. I will never return. Customer service is terrible

Not even one star. These negative comments are very true. Visited there to get an ice cream sundae and they do not know anything and had to walk away. If you need an ice cream go to dairy queen next to it. They know what they are doing.

Service was terrible! Guy doesn't know how to make a decent sundae and there isn't anything fancy to it! He put all the toppings toward the bottom! Then each milkshake we had tasted like milk because he added more milk than ice cream! Then as I'm telling him my order he was just staring at me crazy!

What time does this place actually close? I pulled up at 8 p.m well before closing time and the guy locked the door and closed up right as I was getting out of the car. Should be a sign up if hours are changed.

We came here one night and after the employee helping us asked what we wanted she said "well hurry up we're closing soon." First off, that's extremely rude, no matter what time it is no one should ever say that to a customer. We ordered 3 things and she had an attitude the whole time. After we got back in the car she was talking about us and shaking her head and pointing at us to her coworker. I gave 2 stars cause my ice cream was good but poor customer service.

We called today to place an order for an ice cream cake for a birthday in a few days ! They told us just go online and order . So we did. The owner just called hours later and said sorry we can't do it . We didn't order anything fancy . I mean I know these cakes are pre made.he just seemed really rude . He could of offered something they have in store already or told us no to begin with. Thanx for nothing ! We will head to the other location.
