I always go there for ice cream, but today they served me a ridiculously small portion. I told the employee who was serving me and he told me that if I didn't want it I should leave. I won't be back!

If I could get zero stars I would. Walked in at 8:06pm and the women said it was closed all the ice cream was put up and chair were stacked. We had to double check if they closed at 8:30 or 8 and posted on the door was 8

The girl who serve me 11/18/24 had her hair in the bowl. That's just not right told her to get a new bowl refuse to do so.

ordered a pint of beach day and of rainbow sherbet don’t know if they were doing lines back there, but I got some weird purple one and cotton candy??? Like how does that even happen? I could maybe understand getting one wrong but both of them?

I recently was in close contact with both the store manager and the cake decorator here- Kayla. Both were extremely nice and helpful. Due to circumstances beyond their control, they had to scramble, but were both extremely kind and genuinely seemed to care that my family and I received the perfect cake for my birthday. And the cake was definitely beautiful!

Manager was great. Bad energy overall, awkward interior set up. There was a guy clearly on drugs nodding out and falling over at the entrance table. Sat down with my family and realized what was happening next to us and quickly left. Shopping carts and random chairs at the entrance.. so disappointing.

Worst service ever. The guy was so, incredibly slow. The woman in front of me had to go back four times because he kept getting her order wrong. Took me 20 mins to get served. There were only two people in line. Love Baskin Robbins, but this location needs new management and employees who actually care.

Soooooo lazy stuff! Absolutely not interested in their work! Nobody is listening to your order! After 30 minutes waiting they prepare different cocktails! Change the stuff or close this branch that gives you very bad Dunkin experience!

Waited quite a while. Two employees were doing nothing. Finally ordered. Had to ask for napkins. We were told they were very short on supplies, but gave us a wad from behind the counter. My daughter ordered a non-dairy mango smoothy. It tasted of nothing but vanilla ice cream definitely not non-dairy. Store employees were not trained well with register and struggled to ring up each customer. My 4 year old grandson's tiny cone cost more than my single scoop that was pretty much the same amount of ice cream. The store is not clean. Find another place to get ice cream. This was a horrible experience.

My husband took me in here after an emotional day for some comfort ice cream. ??The place smelled faintly of sewage. An employee looked right at us and said she was going down the street for a bathroom break. ? something is wrong with the bathroom there evidently or it’s too unclean to be used - not sure. Bad impression.The ice cream taste was same as always. Decent. The employees didn’t know which flavor was which & we had to tell them. They did have one sugar free flavor.The patio area is simple and it’s nice to sit outside.One of the employees was very positive and upbeat, complimenting the other workers and encouraging them in their strengths. He was doing a great job as a leader.I prefer the little ice cream shop in downtown Pineville to this one.

How are you”not doing ice cream” today?

I just need some type of explanation on how they are out of everything every time. I feel so badly for the employees who have to explain this to customers because it's ridiculous. I thought they would get better over time, especially with the limited amount of customers. However, they are always out of anything you could possibly want. Even if you order via Doordash, they wait until the dasher gets there (AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION), to tell you they have absolutely nothing.At this point, just hire Cedric the Entertainer to reprise his role as the cafeteria lady. He can tell everyone "ain't no mo'," for everything they request. Folks can take disappointment a bit more when laughter is introduced.
