Im so upset i always order from here thru DoorDash and for some reason i always don’t get what i ask for like today i ask for 3 scoops of different ice cream and just received 2 scoops and got charge for three and always missing extras i ask for if they don't have the stuff why don't they say so to just make sure we can change for something else but now this has happened a lot of times

Worst service ever! I ordered a cake for a loved ones birthday and they totally dropped the ball and didn't have my cake! Unreal! Totally messed up my wife's birthday! The general manager was rude and unhelpful! Left there with no cake, no refund! Worst place ever! Never again!

The employees act like they don’t care about the customers. They act like we are burden and we are asking them to do a favor. We went in to get the milkshake and supervisor didn’t know the deals that were going on during that time inspite of advertising the same deals in huge letters all over the store. She went to make me a milkshake and basically put one and half scoop with lot of milk so I can get a milk shake not the ice cream shake. The only reason I am putting my experience over here because I am former employee at dunkin and Baskin. I know this is not appropriate as well because they are not honoring the deal thats being advertised by them. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Never go to this store. Very poor management.

I came here September 2nd 2024 at 11:01 to order WHAT I ALWAYS ORDER (I’ve got it here before many times. ) Which is a Cookie and cream milkshake with one shot of expresó and from my understanding a milk shake only contains milk and ice cream …. Two of the employees did not want to serve me to my satisfaction of an order I constantly get at that location the exact way I order it . They kept claiming ice comes in a MILK SHAKE and they couldn’t make my milkshake without ice !! WHATTTTTT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order cancelled by store -- felt bad for my dasher. If you can't keep up with the inventory for 2 stores being run out of one store front then get rid of one of the franchises. Better yet take this location off Doordash, hire better managers or sell the business altogether. Lesson learned
