I came here September 2nd 2024 at 11:01 to order WHAT I ALWAYS ORDER (I’ve got it here before many times. ) Which is a Cookie and cream milkshake with one shot of expresó and from my understanding a milk shake only contains milk and ice cream …. Two of the employees did not want to serve me to my satisfaction of an order I constantly get at that location the exact way I order it . They kept claiming ice comes in a MILK SHAKE and they couldn’t make my milkshake without ice !! WHATTTTTT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Have been here twice. Horrible experience to say the least.
We were the only customers in the store and waited well over 20 minutes for a milkshake.

Order cancelled by store -- felt bad for my dasher. If you can't keep up with the inventory for 2 stores being run out of one store front then get rid of one of the franchises. Better yet take this location off Doordash, hire better managers or sell the business altogether. Lesson learned

Always a positive experience on weekend afternoons early evening after swimming. Nice staff, quick service. Ice cream always seems to be fresh and the orders are correct. We have been several times this summer.

This may be the laziest bunch of workers in the whole area. Don't waste your time with this location. They say they don't close til 8 but the close at like 4.
