I went here today and ordered a strawberry shake. The gentleman that made my shake came outside and told me that he made it special for me. He had the biggest smile and he was so kind. I just wanted to make a review to say that the customer service that I received today was amazing, a big shout out to the man that was so very proud of his strawberry milkshake. It made me smile.

Flavors aren't listed outside..tried to order a double scoop of chocolate ice cream with cookie dough pieces..listed on the menu as a topping. No cookie dough pieces right now. Okay..worker says..we have cookie dough..oh okay..let's get that. Worker..oh sorry..we don't have any cookie dough out. Do you have anything like that? We have 31 flavors ma'am. Do you have chocolate brownie? No. Anything like chocolate brownie? We have chocolate. Okay....can I get chocolate then pls? Would you like a double scoop? Ahhhhhhh! It came out and had freezer burn..Only went here because the ice cream and pinball place was closed. Big mistake ..just don't.

I just ordered pralines and cream ice cream and they sent the wrong one to my house. And this was AFTER getting off the phone with the girl asking if they had it, she said yes and they still sent me the wrong ice cream.

I already came two times they close at 7:03 just because and the second y came , they close just because. Why the web site say the close at 8:00 if no bady there?
We love ordering from this Baskin-Robbins,when were on this side of town. I was turned off and Un-impressed with the order taker,she was rude and quite nasty,no one should experience that type of behavior when catering to any one's business establishment,not only does it give the business a bad name,it causes them to loose customers as well,we felt as though the dozen doughnuts we bought were stale,not fresh on purpose. The cashier we encountered was extremely nice and polite.

Just left 5 minutes ago after waiting at drive through nearly 10 minutes. Its around 4pm on Sunday and they are supposed to be open but appears no one is there or at least no one responding to drive through window
