My egg was overdone on the kimchi fried rice. Want able to get it fixed for to a language barrier between the cashier and the kitchen staff.

I absolutely love this place literally the best fried chicken in charlotte!! I go here 4-5 times a month😭 it’s my special treat! The chicken even after a 45 minute drive home is incredibly crunchy the soy garlic has a perfect umami flavor and the rose teokbokki is creamy and flavorful! Even the pickled radish I find myself munching one on the way home!
Parking: It’s a strip mall so there are other amazing eateries and PLENTY of parking

This is my favorite place to go in Charlotte for fried chicken! The spicy original is soo good!it’s definitely spicy so be careful haha. My other go to flavor is the Soicy Galbi. So good!! Service is always great and I try to go at least once or twice a month!

The food was good but the guy taking the orders (tall guy with glasses) was super rude. When i got there he was eating so i apologized for interrupting him , yet he did not even greet me. Rude attitude overall

I went into the restaurant to get an order. A man was sitting behind the register and did not greet me for about 3 minutes. When he did he was hostile towards me. One of his comments were “your standing in my space what do you want.” Whoa, I’m a customer and I’m being treated like a despot. I asked him why he was so angry and he continued to be unprofessional. I said I was going to leave and I left. Ownership should review this post

For a small building, the power of the food and service makes this spot a big deal.
The food was nice, crispy, and tender.
Fries were crunchy and battered appropriately.
The chicken, even with its sauce on it, did not lose its crispy texture.
The heat of the fries was slightly on the cooler side, but that was not a take down for the overall score of this beautiful spot!
This is my second time here, and I look forward to come back again!

I went here with my grandma to try it for the first time after deciding not to go to Bonchon, and it was well worth it! The service was amazing, I was helped by a girl at the front named Tiffany and she answered all my questions and brought out our food in great time! We got the soy garlic and honey garlic chicken, and it was crispy and flavourful! The environment was also very clean and cozy and the girl was attentive even with a long line of people! Will come again for the service and food!
