I'm sad to have to delete my good review and replace it with a bad one. I've been eating here for years because the boneless wings are the best Korean fried chicken in the state. However, today I placed an order through the app, which was a saved favorite order, which is always the same, soy boneless garlic wings. When I got to the storm picked up my order I went to bite into one and realized there was a bone in it.

I went back in and let them know about the mistake, and they told me the order came through listed as regular wings and not boneless. I explained that that can't be possible because I've never eaten bone-in wings in my life and that I can't because I have a lot of dental work done. They proceeded to tell me there's no way the app could have made a mistake and clearly I did it wrong.... Even though it's a saved order and I order the same exact thing every time I'm in.

The worker behind the counter called his boss, in Korean, which by the way you guys should probably know that other people can understand. just because they're not Korean doesn't mean they don't speak the language 👀 The boss said there was nothing he could do. The boss owns the restaurant and easily could just have the wings remade correctly. But he refused.

So I asked what was I supposed to do seeing as I did order correctly and their app had an error and I could not eat the food that was given to me. They told me they still refuse to do anything so I placed a new order for the boneless wings so I'd be able to eat tonight. Then I asked what I was supposed to do with the wings was I just supposed to give them to someone, and a they took the wings, taped them up, an kept them. (Whichbat this point, whatever. I guess they didn't understand I was genuinely stressing out and trying to figure out what to do, so hopefully staff has good dinner on me). They didn't refund them. So I paid $30 for 8 boneless wings and got called a liar because they don't understand that tech has glitches 💀

I don't know that I'll be back after this because any good business would have simply replaced the order and apologized for the mistake. Not accused their customers of lying and then force them to pay twice.

On Tuesday, November 25th around 5 pm, I had a very disappointing experience with the Asian male staff member working at the front. His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. He took my order with no effort or courtesy, and when the food was ready, he placed it on the counter in a way that felt careless and disrespectful. When I asked for a tray, he completely ignored me at first. The same thing happened when I asked for a plastic bag.

I was honestly shocked that someone who behaves like that is working at the front where customers form their first impression of the place. I have never encountered a staff member who showed such a lack of basic manners. It made the entire visit uncomfortable, and I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this seriously because no customer should be treated this way.

OMG!!! Everything is so delicious! Especially their fried dumplings!

We tried the BBQ chicken for the first time and were seriously impressed! We ordered the boneless hot & spicy and the spicy original-both were cooked fresh and absolutely delicious. The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Absolute MUST TRY if you like great Korean Bbq chicken. Man, there are few restaurants in life that nail everything about the quick dining experience. This places is one of them. First off, the customer service is unmatched. One employee in particular Chloe was top notch! Bringing 15 loud and hungry asians is very intimidating, especially if your the only one at the front. She nailed all of our orders, gave great recommendations, and did it all with a welcoming smile that helped relax our large, rowdy group. She truly built that special customer-to-employee connection that you don't see often. But even more amazing was the chicken. My buddy and I ended up splitting a double wings order, any flavor will slap, but my favorite were the honey garlic, gangjeong, and soy garlic. Top tier taste bud pleasers. Even more busting were the Tteok-bokki and kimchi fried rice dishes. I'm a sucker for Tteok-bokki, and this place does the dish so much justice with the rich cheesy flavor. I will be coming back to this location time and time again.

Great Korean BBQ chicken spot. Got the whole chicken which is great because that gets you all the pieces, wings, thigh, breast etc. I got the secret sauce which was very sweat and spicy. Hot Spicy is VERY spicy so be careful while ordering the hot Spicy.
All the pieces were wonderfully breaded and fried and very flavorful.
There is a lot more flavor verity in boneless chicken but I haven’t tried that yet.

This place has incredible food and Mike just makes everything better, he will hook you up with what he knows is good on the menu and make sure you you’re set up. His music taste is stellar too. 100% recommend this place for the food and atmosphere

My egg was overdone on the kimchi fried rice. Want able to get it fixed for to a language barrier between the cashier and the kitchen staff.
