Absolutely horrible. Drove 40 minutes to get there and they are sold out of doughnuts an hour and a half before close. So many dumb business owners. If I sold out of doughnuts everyday I would make more but not this place. Don’t go. Quality is awful.

The cream puffs are just amazing! Hands down the best I've had in a long time. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Personal favorite was the honey. Simply amazing!!

Went again yesterday and the honey butter is hreat!

This was my first time going to this bakery and I was blown away soon as I walked in I had a amazing feeling I was greeted by a employee who was by her self she was so helpful with showing me the menu and how to order great customer service I think she said her name was Julia. I got a 8 pack and ate one while I was there it’s such a cozy little space then took the rest home to my wife she was in love with them too the filling was so creamy and the texture of the puff was so good I will be bringing my family back when I go here.

Was really excited about this place. Walked in to a girl on the phone she was working alone. Didn’t get off the phone for 5 minutes and didn’t acknowledge that we walked in. So I finally asked if she was going to help us and she jumped down my throat and told me not to be rude that she was “on the phone with her boss”. She told us “bye” and told us to leave.
Horrible mean customer service.

Complete apocalypse because the location in LA was having a collaboration with ZZZ. The cream puffs and custard shakes are actually fire. Costs way too much for them.

This tastes amazing! It’s just like the ones I had in Japan

I loooooved Beard Papa while I was in Japan so I was happy to see we had one in Charlotte. I love the flaky texture combined with the yummy filling. It’s a Japanese pastry so it’s just sweet enough without being overwhelming like traditional American pastries. Also thanks for the ZZZ collab goodies :-)

The building is small, but charming. The puffed pastries are worth the money!

Unfortunately everything was stale and they all taste the same. Very small space and the store smelled like eggs.

Cream cheese puff was stale and frozen. Macaroons were stale. I do not reccomend going to this place. The mango slushie had no flavor and was not fully blended. Don't waste your money! The sales lady was very nice.

Just had the best matcha cream puff ever from here!!!

I thought this dessert was going to be too sweet but it was perfect. The toppings with the filling and bread all go together perfectly!
