Four stars for the atmosphere, because… It’s in an airport! But I thought the food was really good. I ordered the grilled chicken BLT sandwich and it was great! Best food I’ve had yet at the Charlotte airport.

Placed order from qr code ( separate phones) which put my order on couple that was with us. My order had wrong type of soup on it. Couple with us were not brought one of the meals they ordered. After 10 mins.had gone by, and everyone was almost done eating we got the walters attention. He said they were out of the meal ordered and would like something else even though the meal was on his bill. Was not told when waiter brought everyone's meal out. Took over 30 mins to correct Bill
Should have known when the place was empty the service was bad.

A very rude waiter walked up to my table and began to rearrange it without greeting me. I told him about his unprofessional behavior. He was very aloof. I informed a manager. I left without ordering anything after the second waiter told me that I would have to move. I told him that it just wasn't meant for me to dine there.

On october 23 I was charged twice. My orden had an error and the waiter ask me to do it again. I got two charges on my card.

If you need to make a flight and want a glass of wine quick DONT come here. Servers just wandering around chatting, only one person taking orders and she was takinng herr tiiimmmmme

I was excited to find a wine bar on my layover, but was very disappointed with this place. I sat at the bar for a few minutes without being greeted before a woman next to me told me I had to use the QR code to order. I waited a few more minutes but the bartender never acknowledged me, so I finally ordered on my phone. The Greek salad was so bad I couldn't even finish it. I think the only things the bartender said to me was "here you go" when he brought my food and wine, and "are you done with this?" when he took my half eaten salad. The wine was good, at least.

We had a nice charcuterie board and sparkling rose’ between planes, and it was nice, not overly crowded which allowed us to chill.
It’s in the atrium, so it’s easily accessible from all gates.

Very slow service, 45 minutes for a beer. Was choking waiting for my drink, asked for a glass of water and was told that I could purchase water at the shop down the hall. I was sitting at a table, a customer. Awful service, never got our food, had to catch our plane.
Nice atmosphere, it does take you away from the airport madness. As one of kids said it, "the best meal they've had at an airport". I think their right, that broccoli soup and grilled cheese panini looked great. The grilled chicken club and salumeria panini were great too..
Food was delicious. Waiter was knowledgeable when asked for a oaked Chardonnay. Prices are a little steep but we are at an airport. Good value for the dollar.

I'm not impressed what so ever. It was easy to walk in and get a set even though they would take you to your sets. The severs are really nice. A few hiccups, they forgot what I ordered. They finally bring me my wine. I picked a more fruity wine, and it tastes horrible!!! First of all, it is warm as hell. The flavor is stale, and it's sour. The more I sip it, the sick I feel. There are about 4 servers and 1 bartender, and I feel like I barely see any of them. There's a wall that seethrew, and I can hear the servers and see them all just being back there. About 40m later, I finally got my food. And it was underwhelming. The fact that this sandwich was $19 is ridiculous. The hole experience was just painful. Now I have been waiting for the check for about 10-15m. I don't recommend eating here. There are better options.
