awful even for an airport wine bar. I thought I would be somewhat safe with tomato mozzarella flatbread but this is like someone’s nightmarish recreation of a Lunchable. Bread so soggy it’s like it was left in the rain and the mealy tomatoes of the deepest circle of hell. They were also out of almost their entire wine menu. I wish I’d just zoned out in the terminal rocking chairs.

This place sucks. Bartender said it would be over a half an hour to get a stinking salad. You’re one of the busiest airports in the world you need to do better this place sucks one star

Beware folks! Someone (server?) added an extra $5 to our $10 tip when they processed our credit card ticket, giving her a 30% tip for one charcuterie board for two people! Very underhanded and dishonest. I reported to American Express. Pay cash if you choose to dine here.

The only place I eat when I’m traveling through the Charlotte airport. The food is always delicious and high quality, and the service is great every time. Highly recommend!

Do not go to this place. I went to have a couple drinks to kill time between flights. I ordered two old fashioneds . When I got the bill, I was charged for doubles. I asked the bartender, RAUL, why he charged me for doubles, as I did not order doubles. He said all the drinks are doubles. Well that answer did not satisfy me whatsoever. I have never heard or experienced that being a “thing” anywhere. I believe he’s trying to get a fast one on travelers. I left him no tip as a result. I took a picture of the receipt as I felt like there could be a chance he would add a tip for himself. Well, the charge finally went through. And RAUL tipped himself $8 more. I drew a line through the tip section and clearly wrote out the total I agreed to pay for. The charge to my card is exactly $8 more than the signed receipt. There is no way he could have mistook $59 for $51. Find another place with an honest bartender who is not a THIEF, like RAUL.

🚫 Beaudevin at CLT Airport — Shady Pricing & Confused Staff

Stopped by Beaudevin during a layover at Charlotte Douglas Airport and got charged $8 more than the menu price for a drink. When I asked the bartender, he couldn’t explain it—just said the price on the bill was different than what’s listed on the menu. Apparently, the ingredients weren’t the same as what’s printed, but that wasn’t disclosed anywhere nor was I told until I got the billed and confronted the bartender.
I order a black Kahluah for 14.99 as mention in the online menu and was charged $24.89!

This kind of pricing bait-and-switch is shady and unacceptable, especially in an airport where travelers don’t have time to dispute surprise charges. If you value transparency and respect for your wallet, skip Beaudevin. Not recommended for any traveler passing through CLT.

I used to come here all the time and always had a great experience—though I usually sat at the bar. Today I was with co-workers, so we sat at a table, and the difference was night and day.

This place is still stuck in the worst part of the Covid-era QR code “drop-off service.” When I choose a sit-down restaurant, I expect actual service—not to feel like I’m at Chipotle.

I paid $50 for a lackluster charcuterie board and a glass of wine that were literally just dropped off with no interaction. For that price, I could have had a proper meal elsewhere—or even fast food that would have felt more worth it.

Until they move past this “self-service at full-service prices” model, I can’t recommend dining here.

The worst service I have ever received. All three employees we interacted with acted as if we were a bother when we just wanted to order lunch. The food was so slow we had to take it to go after waiting 30 minutes for soups and sandwiches. If you are looking for a nice place to dine at CLT, this is not it.

The only place I could find with gluten free options! The staff were knowledgeable about gluten and I was so grateful. The food was good, nothing special but at least it was fresh food unlike all the deep fried options around it. Would definitely recommend for celiacs

Don't bother. We got the mozzarella and tomato Flatbread. Not seasoned. And ust sliced Roma tomatoes from the grocery store. Pretty crazy for $18. Not traditional Flatbread. Just white bread. Salad horrible.

For an airport wine bar, it was great. I didn't eat. 9oz pour started at $20 ish depending on the wine. I'd recommend because it was quiet on a summer Friday 5pm ish . Service wasn't great but what do you expect at the airport. Cheers!
