Ordered a medium rare ribeye--got very rare--Brussels sprouts were very hard and cold . Rest of my party's dinner was well prepared and they enjoyed. I didn't want to ruin the occasion by asking to return items---not in a place that I expected a perfect meal for all based on your reputation and cost. A well-known CLT establishment. One of the many steakhouses in CLT, but probably the least fancy, least expensive one around.
Food is always a solid B+ and the portions are good. Prime Rib King Cut is the way to go. You really can't go wrong here. Drinks are good, food is good, service is good.
