Last night I took my son to the Ben and Jerry’s location in Charlotte NC and Owen helped us. He was so kind and helpful. We chatted just a bit as we were the only people in the store at that time. He was personable, pleasant and the ice cream was delicious as always. Definitely wanted to give him props for great customer service.

Owen took so much time in taking our birthday cake order to make sure every detail was perfect for my daughter’s 9th birthday! He was amazing!!
Dietary restrictions: Yes Owen made sure we had an allergy free cake as many of her birthday guests have food allergies!

$27 for 2 small plain vanilla cups and a small cone. Ridiculous. A pint is $6 anywhere. Not even served a pint but at their cost and with 2 cups and cones - not $6 total cost and paid over 400% markup. This isn't inflation - it's taking advantage of people (with kids). Won't ever go again.

The worst store staff you can ever imagine. I pity the owners who have this grumpy, unhappy to be there woman working there. Can you believe it’s an ice cream shop and you have this kinda attitude staff. I just walked right out because she could not be bothered to even answer one question.

got the marshmallow sky, i think that was the name. it was good but so incredibly sweet, it was almost overbearing! it was warm outside, and the tables inside were full, so we ate outside. after about 5 minutes we were swarmed. there were so many flys and ants. and it was near impossible to enjoy the ice cream because of all the swatting away that had to be done.

$8 for a small cup of ice cream is absurd. I could have gotten a small container of Talenti Gelato at Whole Foods for less. My last time here.
We stopped in after lunch as a treat for a coworkers bday and the staff was so sweet! They sang her happy birthday! Our coworker was so happy and so surprised. It definitely added to her special day and was so unexpected! TY! TY! TY for your kindness! We will be back!
