I’ve had milkshakes from here several times and it’s always amazing! Plus the employees are extremely kind! I cannot remember the last time I had such a good experience with service employees. Jacob (hope I spelled that correctly) was fun and very nice. He made me feel welcome and had an actual conversation with me. He informed about the different flavors too. I know Ben & Jerry’s is kind of pricey but the quality of products and services was worth it.

So I just had surgery and wanted to have some ice cream. Something cool and sweet to help. So I ordered Ben& Jerry's three doordash but they didn't give me the option of choosing a topping. I wanted three times so I called the store, told them I just had surgery and wanted to get some really good ice cream. So I ordered ice cream through them and I explained I would just like three sides of sprinkles. Could they do that for me and they were like absolutely like they were really cool about it and doordash gets to my house and I open up the bag and I see this note and like that made my night for them to write that and send it to me.
