I’ve had milkshakes from here several times and it’s always amazing! Plus the employees are extremely kind! I cannot remember the last time I had such a good experience with service employees. Jacob (hope I spelled that correctly) was fun and very nice. He made me feel welcome and had an actual conversation with me. He informed about the different flavors too. I know Ben & Jerry’s is kind of pricey but the quality of products and services was worth it.
So I just had surgery and wanted to have some ice cream. Something cool and sweet to help. So I ordered Ben& Jerry's three doordash but they didn't give me the option of choosing a topping. I wanted three times so I called the store, told them I just had surgery and wanted to get some really good ice cream. So I ordered ice cream through them and I explained I would just like three sides of sprinkles. Could they do that for me and they were like absolutely like they...
We had such a great experience at this Ben & Jerry’s! Jacob was awesome—super friendly, patient, and made the whole visit fun. He really went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The ice cream was, of course, delicious, but the service made it even better. Definitely recommend stopping by!
