Be's Noodles & Banh Mi

Ordered the spicy beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue) and a combo Pho (Dac Biet Pho) both were really good portions of meat and the manager lady was extremely accommodating! Fresh and hot!

Greeted with the loudest and most friendly HELLO!! I’ve experienced in years, staff conversing in their native tongue, fast service HUGE portions, and yes all the fixings (cucumbers, lettuce, mint) are underneath the mountain of meat on the vermicelli bowl. Wood fired lemongrass chicken was so delicious. Can’t miss spot if you’re in the area! Can’t wait to come back!!

I get it, I work at a coffee house and get no ice or light ice request all the time so I know that no/low ice makes for a less “profitable” beverage sale for the business. I usually order milk teas from private owned shops with no ice and receive 3/4 of the cup full, understandable. However, receiving LESS THAN HALF of a cup of product because I requested no ice, is the first time I have seen any business do this and when the beverage is almost SEVEN dollars and after spending $25+ on my order, it’s actually quite appalling. Although I wasn’t exactly expecting to get a full cup, receiving 30-40% of coffee left me speechless and insulted.

Pho was tasty. Will stick to just the pho if I order here again.

I ordered chicken curry and Vietnamese coffee. Curry has no salt, absolutely bland and tasteless. Hot curry was packed in plastic boxes - this should not be normalized in any restaurant as it's a known fact to cause serious health issues.
Coffee is very dark, when I asked them to add half n half or milk to it, they said that it's just coffee and condensed milk. A little bit of half n half or milk would have made it better. Never going to this place again.

Best bánh mi in Ballantyne! The pho and coffee are also great. Quick service and reasonable prices. Will definitely keep coming back to try more.

We ordered Pho's beef soup. I really like this soup and have tried it a lot. I can say that the soup here is delicious, only there is not much meat in the serving, but the noodles were directly rammed into a bowl. The portion cost $13.
