We worked with Best Impressions and Crystal for our wedding catering needs. Crystal was extremely easy to work with, helped us throughout the whole process and was very responsive and had our best interests in mind. All of our guests raved about the food and they made sure all dietary restrictions were accommodated. Would highly recommend Best Impressions for any catering needs!

Best Impressions was absolutely fantastic for our wedding earlier this month. Not only was Crystal SO helpful throughout the planning process – always reachable and willing to make updates to the menu, but she was also incredible on the day of our event. Our florist showed up about an hour before our ceremony with very few flowers, and left shortly thereafter without setting anything up. Crystal came outside to where we were taking pre-ceremony photos, let us know of the hiccup, and already had a gameplan set up. She recommended pushing our ceremony back a bit to let our remaining vendors work magic in the ceremony and reception space and she immediately had her servers bringing out cocktail hour bites and cocktails to our guests that had already started arriving. Her ability to immediately pivot and start cocktail hour before the ceremony was a gamechanger. Our guests had no idea there was even an issue and loved having a bite and cocktail before the ceremony started! All throughout the night, Crystal was always nearby and made sure to personally check in on not only myself and my husband, but also our parents to ensure everyone had what they needed. Aside from Crystal being an amazing point of contact, the food was incredible! We received so many compliments about the food – specifically the sea bass and perfectly cooked steak! Our wedding was about 3 weeks ago now, and we are still getting compliments about the stellar food and personable staff. We cannot recommend Best Impressions enough!

If you're using Best Impressions, it's probably because they are your only option at your venue, as no one would choose this company on their own. As such, they have an uncontested monopoly to mistreat their customers without repercussions. So, if you are stuck using them, do yourself a favor and request NOT to work with Nikki Hansen. Not only did this senior person at the company misplace our bill, she was so rude as to call and threaten to cancel our wedding 2 days before the event. Unreal customer service, and the entire situation had to be escalated to the president of the company. Save yourself some headache and just request to work with someone else if you're stuck working with this terrible and irresponsible company. Good luck!

Where do I start? Best Impression Caterers hosted an event at The Revelry North End for our industry organization CEDIA and I was one of the displaying vendors for this line show. After the successful and professional event I staged my 4 packages to be picked up by FedEx. FedEx missed the pickup window. So started fits and starts to get my packages to the next line show in Oakland CA. 6 days and too many failed pickups, return shipments to mention. I live on the west coast so was dealing with 3 hour time zone difference to-boot. First I was helped by Abby then handed off to Savanna seamlessly. She was amazing receiving wave after wave of shipping labels she had to print out and tape to the packages...multiple times. I just got notified the mission was a success, packages picked up for Express shipping by FedEx and with a little luck, they will arrive at the Oakland Airport Hilton tomorrow mid-day. The catering? Anyone who is lucky enough to hire and work with an organization that they are a part of are lucky because of their attention to customer satisfaction and follow-through are what motivation speakers talk about during seminars! Well done and my profound thanks!

Best impressions catered our wedding and we were so impressed with the results. Prior to the wedding communicating with best impressions was so easy and the tasting process was such much fun. Our guests on the wedding day kept coming up to us raving about the food saying it was the best they have had at a wedding. We highly recommend them and our thankful to have had them on our wedding day!

Abby was a dream to work with. She was very kind and patient to me with all my 900+ questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Best Impressions again and again. The filet & crab cake was delish. My guests loved everything that was served!

Second experience with Best Impressions for company Holiday Party (100+ people) and both were exceptional! This was my first time fully immersed working with the B.I. team and let me assure you: THEY ARE ON TOP OF THEIR GAME! I cannot say enough about their timeliness and patience in responding to my zillions of inquiries, their helpfulness with suggestions and coordinating with our florist, DJ and Gaming Night vendors. The food (every single item) was delicious and the bartenders were a pleasure. Special SHOUT OUT to Abby & Savanna, the DYNAMIC DUO! Thank you for making our evening a success - enjoyed by all who attended!

Best Impressions is a no-brainer for your wedding caterer. We had the absolute best experience with them. All of their food is absolutely amazing. From what we selected for our wedding to what I have tasted at other events in Charlotte from them, you cannot go wrong. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Their staff is also incredible. They are so quick to answer any questions that you have along the way and catered to my husband and I on our wedding day to make sure we had the food and drinks we needed. Their servers and bartenders at the wedding also did an amazing job in making everything run smoothly. I also love that with Best Impressions they can help you with any additional rentals that you need for your space. We loved them so much we had them cater our rehearsal dinner as well. I had the pleasure of working with Best Impressions last weekend at the Barrel Room at Triple C Brewing. Lindsay was wonderful to work with from the very beginning and the day of was no exception. She and the entire staff were so professional, polite and accommodating. On top of that, the food was AMAZING! We had our wedding over the weekend at one of the venues managed by Best Impressions (The Barrel Room at Triple C) and we were SO happy with how everything turned out. We worked with Lindsay throughout the planning process and she was fantastic - she helped us think through all the logistics, provided recommendations on how to best set things up so our day ran smoothly, and was very transparent about pricing and helped us work through getting what we wanted for our wedding within our budget. We also got to work with her onsite at the actual event which was a really nice surprise. We did not use a wedding planner so it was nice having Lindsay as a resource to work through all of the plans ahead of time. Everyone that we interacted with from the Best Impressions team was incredibly professional, communicative and helpful. One of our other vendors even told us that we were smart to work with Best Impressions because they know what they're doing and are one of the best in the area. And on top of that, the food was EXCELLENT. We've gotten so many compliments from guests about how great everything was.It was also great that Best Impressions also manages the venue we chose. While I know some people like to be able to shop around for catering, we wanted things to be as seamless as possible and having everything go through Best Impressions took a ton of stress off of us during the planning process and prevented us from having to work through a ton of different vendors for catering/bar service/venue/linens/place settings etc.HIGHLY recommend working with Best Impressions if you are planning an event or wedding!
