I got my food delivered, so I can't comment on the service or atmosphere. I had the "General Chicken" and "Sesame Beef", and while both were absolutely swimming in sauce, both somehow lacked flavor? The general chicken had a hint of spiciness, but didn't really taste like anything. I know I've had food from here before and I remember liking it, so I'm confused as to how two dishes had little to no flavor between them.The rice was good though, and the portion sizes were definitely generous, so I'll give them credit for that. It could have just been an off day or something. I may eat here again in the future, but it's not a guarantee.

Great Chinese take out in Sardis crossing shopping center. Friendly staff and amazing food, never a disappointment. Dining area has been updated with beautiful fish tank. Definitely our family go to for great Chinese food.

The food here is good but not the flavor profile I am the biggest fan of. I only had the Sesame Chicken, so I will probably come back to try more menu items. The sweet tea was delicious. The egg roll wasn't my favorite but not nasty at all. The customer service was good. They are indeed busy and loved in the community. They are greeted by name, and they know a lot of the people that came in by name. Nothing was bad here. The place was very clean!

I'm gonna give 5 stars, but really 4.5. Hunan is the style here and they do it right. This is probably one of the best in Charlotte. The chef is in the kitchen directing people and he listens to the order. Hunan chicken, szechuan anything. Heat level is what you want, but don't go above 8, for the love of your insides. Call in and quick pick up. I wish this place was a secret, because they are always slammed! YUM YUM.

Funny enough the alterations place is the very same place I used to go to growing up it must have moved from when it was over by the food lion across from Monroe and when there was a movie store where you would drive thru and drop off your VHS! I found Alert Alterations! I digress. The sesame chicken was delicious and spilling out of the sectioned container I ordered with the egg roll, and an order of the crab Rangoon. My friend had me pick up an order for her. Note $10 min if paying with a card. It was popping at their reopen for the dinner pick up for 4:30pm I took a late lunch thankfully. I will definitely be back the next time I crave Chinese.
