Amazing food! We tried the corn, queso, beans, chicken taco, veggie taco, pork belly taco, and brisket taco—each one packed with flavor! The veggie and chicken tacos ended up being our top picks. The queso and beans were seriously next level. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Already looking forward to coming back!
So this food truck came to Novant main in Charlotte this afternoon. I was super excited because I saw the email to the staff of the hospital announcing its presence. I was intrigued by the pork belly and the brisket tacos. I also wanted the loaded queso.

As an Austin native, it was an amazing experience to enjoy food from home. The queso was authentic and the closest you will find to Torchys in Carolinas!!! The corn tortillas were handmade and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be following them around Charlotte to get our fix on this authentic Texas cuisine.
