Met here for a half-way point for Christmas. The place was not busy at all. It's a little off the road and hard to see. They were out of wings (apparently due to recent power outages in the area). That's okay, though! We liked having Nikki all to ourselves! She was great! The food was great! We had the pizza (custom made Chicken with Vesuvius hot sauce), burger with fries, app plate and spaghetti, so we sampled a lot of the menu. Laid back sports vibe...

The food was great for the price. The salad was big as crap and the pizza was really good. The beer was nice and really cold. I would be back.

Love this place! My husband and I have become regulars since we moved to this side of town. Its a grungy, 90s sports bar with food that is way better than it should be and bartenders who have enough sass and tenacity to match the vibe. I recommend if you love a good dive bar!

My husband and I went to watch a football game here recently. The pizza was outstanding. The service good UNTIL the waitress de ided to vacuum our side of the restaurant in the middle of the game. My husband loves this place. He watches games there all the time. Unfortunately, this put a bad enough taste in my mouth, I think I'll insist on going somewhere else when I accompany him. I was a professional server for years. This was beyond rude.

Was a local for 20 years. Ate here dozens of times. Moved away. Came back to visit and just HAD to come to Big Al's. What a shame. 40 minutes for food to arrive. My wings were burnt black on one side (oven-run), other diner's meatball sandwich was a soggy mess on the bottom. He forgot bleu cheese. Never came back. Finally went to bar to get some. Never got ticket. Had to go to bar to ask for it. Male server. Again,what a shame.

I have tried to enjoy this place several times,and I hate to leave negative feedback especially for local mom and pop businesses but each and everytime it's the same thing.
Horrible service. Takes forever to get what you order, you have to remind waitstaff several times to get what you order.
It takes forever to get your food.
And my favorite part was our waiter had no idea what anyone at the tabled ordered,Bungled everyone's payment and it took 40 minutes for everyone to pay.

I've been going here with my grandpa since I was a kid. The wings are a must, and pizza is pretty good too! Staff is always friendly, and lots of regulars come here often. It's worth checking out if you're on this side of town!

I have been here a few times, and it's always feels at home, and the vibe is great. Great service and a nice place to relax and have fun with some indoor games, nice wings, and cool drinks.
