They got my Philly order correct, but the sodium level here is off the charts! I wasn’t sure if someone accidentally dumped a whole container of salt into the meat, that’s how intense it was. After a couple forced bites, I had to dump all the meat out and just eat the bread. I hope they can lower their salt levels, I think it would make a huge difference and everyone would love it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Next time I'll read reviews before ordering. The flies won't even touch it. Note to the person who made this. 'Cheesesteak' usually means to add cheese. Just a thought - maybe next time add cheese.

I received a DoorDash pick up for big Phil's cheesesteaks. I went to the location my GPS sent me and couldn't find the restaurant. I called a gentleman picked up when I asked him his location he huffed said they needed at least four minutes before they could take an order and for me to call back. I informed him I was from DoorDash and only needed the location. He huffed again said 200 S. Bell and hung up. I entered the address and it was where I was parked. The only two businesses were Moonie's burgers and a nail salon. I walked into the nail salon since they weren't as busy and asked where big Phil was. They told me that they had closed down. I began to worry about my door Dash so I called again. He rudely states 200 S. Bell. I tell him that is where I am and he tells me to walk right in. I tell him again I am looking for a big Phil's not moonies that I have a door Dash and he says yes come on in. Im like come in where I'm looking for a big Phil's . He then yells that is where is it is in Moonies!How am I supposed to know that big Phil's cheesesteaks is actually inside a Moonies burger!? Now I am 10 minutes late picking up this order which is probably cold now. (I also work in the service industry and understand it is a hard time at the moment but there is no excuse to be so rude to someone who is simply asking the location of your business)UPDATE: They forgot a whole meal for the order.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Worst meal I've paid money on. I think they use steak-umm for the meat? Will never eat here again. Glad I didn't get fries.

i hate to post a negative review but this was just a terrible meal... cheesesteak was way over priced the bread was way too thick it was just not good.. and the fries were like out of a high school cafeteria.... sorry guys
