The prices were crazy for the
amount of food you get. I got the Philly Cheese steak for $19. I could have got a Spirt flight to Philly for that and had a real Cheese steak. mayo could not even be an option on a Philly. Will not be returning.
My mom and I came here for dinner and what an amazing experience all around! Our server was Carly and she was beyond amazing! She had the best attitude and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the full time we were here. The atmosphere is just as good! Definitely ask for Carly next time you come, you won’t be disappointed!
Food was disgusting I ordered teriyaki chicken and loaded fries the sauce that came was gross. The diner itself is nice. The waitress was amazing!!
Great vibe. Great food. And great service. Thank you Carly.
Big menu. Friendly staff. I usually request Andrew, the older
server with tattoos. Thanks Andrew
Waited for 1 hour but food still didn’t come when they gave me salad it was not good
This was my third time there and the flounder was so thin and the breading was thick and hard. Brussels sprouts were crispy and hard. No seasonings or flavor. We were the only customers in the restaurant at 4:30. Several years ago I had thanksgiving dinner there and it was good.
This place is really bad. Food, service, prices are through the roof... I mean, just terrible. Looks cool inside, but this ain't a real diner.
Good food, a relaxed atmosphere, lots of different things to eat. Love the diner! Always have good looking cakes for display!
Parking: There's a large lot, can usually find a spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to navigate, large entance and lobby, may be a bit trickier if really busy, but different seating options make it easy.

Being a long time customer i was disappointed with our experience at The Big View this morning. The menu is much shorter which is fine but the food was far inferior to what it was when Xenia owned them and even the last group. The home fries were greasy not warm and bland, my Farmer Tom omelet was watery and the veggies were not very fresh. Our whole party was disappointed with our food it was just basic and not the tasty food we have come to expect there. Our server was nice but jad to be reminded of a drink for one member of our party and seemed to rush us at the end when there was not a full restaurant. We were promised a desert for the child in the group and was not given that in the end. Should have known by the fact there was not wait for a table.
They used to. have superior service and food but not anymore. Sad to see this decline in quality. We made a special trip to meet family there but will not do that again. Very disappointed in our experience today!

Staff nice. My husband’s food was good. I got the Reuben. No flavor, meat was full of fat and
chewy and bread was greasy.

I've been to this establishment a few times before and enjoy the breakfast that is served. Having said that, I went here for dinner a few weeks ago and the chicken parmesan I ordered just was not up to par. The breading from the chicken was burnt in a few areas and the spaghetti was quite bland with very little sauce on it. Overall, the meal totaled almost 30$ and I was not impressed.

Weirdest Reuben sandwich ever. I don't recommend it. But the fries were good. Wife's salad was good.
The main dining area was extremely loud.
