Being a long time customer i was disappointed with our experience at The Big View this morning. The menu is much shorter which is fine but the food was far inferior to what it was when Xenia owned them and even the last group. The home fries were greasy not warm and bland, my Farmer Tom omelet was watery and the veggies were not very fresh. Our whole party was disappointed with our food it was just basic and not the tasty food we have come to expect there. Our server was nice but jad to be reminded of a drink for one member of our party and seemed to rush us at the end when there was not a full restaurant. We were promised a desert for the child in the group and was not given that in the end. Should have known by the fact there was not wait for a table. They used to. have superior service and food but not anymore. Sad to see this decline in quality. We made a special trip to meet family there but will not do that again. Very disappointed in our experience today!

I've been to this establishment a few times before and enjoy the breakfast that is served. Having said that, I went here for dinner a few weeks ago and the chicken parmesan I ordered just was not up to par. The breading from the chicken was burnt in a few areas and the spaghetti was quite bland with very little sauce on it. Overall, the meal totaled almost 30$ and I was not impressed.

Excellent! 1st pic is mac n cheese balls appetizer with bacon jam, 6 for $9.50 USD. 2nd pic is chicken pot pie for $14 USD. 3rd pic is lamb gyro plate for $16 USD. Restaurant is very large. We sat in bar area where there were less people. Server attentive. Food cooked perfectly. Recommend!

Food is still bland. We haven’t been in a few years and thought we would give them another try. We stopped in for breakfast and it was all so bland. I mean they can’t even use salt.
Not to mention flies were buzzing around the entire time we ate, bathrooms were disguising and it smelt like he bathroom in the dining area.
We will not be back.

Great service to our group of bikers. Surprised there was no steak and egg or pork option. The western omelette was off; color and taste was odd. Bland. Seems food quality is not what it was.
