Our go to spot for brunch, and breakfast… I’ve been coming here for a long time. The food and service is always top notch Jeremy, who manages the bar was our server today and he was phenomenal as usual. We got our usual brunch dishes and they were fantastic. Jeremy fixed me a spicy bloody Mary, which was so delicious. We will be back again!

Last night my wife and I came in for a late dinner. Pretty empty since I think it was less than an hour to close. We ordered and had a great meal but our server was very unattentive and “MIA” mostly. Presumably cleaning up and we get that. We had to go to the bar to get the bill which was also not correct. Simple mistakes easily fixed and they were. The host saw our frustration (little things that compounded a bit) and he decided to just let us dine free and chose not to charge us. I felt a little guilty at first since I own several businesses and felt the issues were not that big a deal, but then really felt appreciated as a customer that someone made such a quick decision to treat us. Which wasn’t necessary. Just a note letting you know that as Charlotte has been exploding in population and so many new places and often run fly by night, you’ve got some good people working there and if your prices need to go up to pay them well and keep them, that’s just the way it is. Very well done and one of our south charlotte favorites. Great food, great people, and consistency. But most important treating customers like people. Well done.

Went there, place was busy, Jeremy the manager didn't handle a simple complaint/request. Arrogant and condescending. Should pay more attention to his guests. Never will I return with my family. Find a new manager, he's such a mess

The prices were crazy for the amount of food you get. I got the Philly Cheese steak for $19. I could have got a Spirt flight to Philly for that and had a real Cheese steak. mayo could not even be an option on a Philly. Will not be returning.

My mom and I came here for dinner and what an amazing experience all around! Our server was Carly and she was beyond amazing! She had the best attitude and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the full time we were here. The atmosphere is just as good! Definitely ask for Carly next time you come, you won’t be disappointed!

Food was disgusting I ordered teriyaki chicken and loaded fries the sauce that came was gross. The diner itself is nice. The waitress was amazing!!

This was my third time there and the flounder was so thin and the breading was thick and hard. Brussels sprouts were crispy and hard. No seasonings or flavor. We were the only customers in the restaurant at 4:30. Several years ago I had thanksgiving dinner there and it was good.

This place is really bad. Food, service, prices are through the roof... I mean, just terrible. Looks cool inside, but this ain't a real diner.

We’ve been coming here for years but something changed. We ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes which were dry and the cinnamon didn’t help the taste. In addition it clearly states that the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes were $11 on the menu but we were charged with the buttermilk pancakes and the cinnamon roll. We also ordered Loaded Avocado Toast which was with a smear of Avocado, the egg was absolutely overcooked and the toast was burnt. After we ate we went to the front desk. We also told them that we were overcharged but they didn’t care at all and we got no credit for the overcharge.
